Convenient to the airport. Friendly staff on check in. No further transport required.
Very worn (but still clean).
Parking is very expensive
If ur in transit overnight. - First Choice for ease especially with luggage. Otherwise look elsewhere.
I liked the convenience, it was attractive and clean, the restaurant was excellent. I will stay there again.
The reception received was excellent & there was prompt assistance with luggage, directions etc. Great assistance received at the breakfast lounge.
Very courteous staff
Convenient for sure, desk clerk very nice, room small but clean.
Not enough places to eat but what could you expect.
To those who are traveling and want a quick place to rest, this is the place. It have a clean and confortable Queen bed. This is a plus.
The room was to small for the value.
The shake of the quake.
The location and breakfast
Parking fee for rental car
Location. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was nicely cooled.
Restaurant / food. Not enough choices.
The accessible bathroom was good however shower accessibility (the floor entry would be better flat than beveled) was a bit precarious
Room for wheelchair bound was too small to move around comfortably but bed was good to help a person in and out a portable bed rail would b helpful
Very convenient location
Hotel charged my card but wouldn't allow me to check in without charging it again..beds were not made when i checked in..gross!?
Great location for early departures. clean and quiet.
I travel often and have never been disrespected - until I arrived at this hotel! When I arrived at the hotel after 9:30 p.m. the bathroom sink was clogged. I immediately called the front desk and was told by Aida, that she would send a plummer to unclog the drain. I told Aida that I was exhausted and didn't have time for a plummer to unclog the drain and asked for another room. Aida told me that a plummer had to check the sink before I could be moved to another room because the drain might not be clogged. I insisted on another room and Aida finally decided to move me, but after waiting 15 minutes I called the front desk to cancel the move because I was exhausted. No one answered the call. Five minutes later, Aida knocked on the door with the key to another room, which I declined. Aida sashayed away without a single word. After 4:00 a.m. I received notification that I was booked on a 2:45 p.m. flight. I called the front desk and requested a late check-out and was told that the late check-out would "probably" be granted but I had to call back at 6:00 a.m. when the manager is on duty. When I called at 8:00 a.m., I spoke to Kiara, supposedly a manager, who very rudely told me that if I wanted a late check-out, I would have to pay $100.00. I informed Kiara that I was told that the late check-out would probably be granted. Kiara told me that she would not grant the late check-out unless I paid $100.00, and disconnected the call. I thought we had a bad connection and called back. Kiara told me that she hung up because there was nothing else to say, and hung up again. I called Booking.com and Allison called the hotel and spoke to Kiara and was also treated rudely. Allison will email the General Manager, Jose Franco, regarding her experience. Upon check out I was told that Mr. Franco wanted to speak to me and would check me out. Mr. Franco was very apologetic, told me the stay was on the house and bought me lunch ($8.99).
Staff was extremely friendly and did everything they could to help us. I thought the price was great for the location and although the rooms were pretty small it was the perfect size to get a nice rest as opposed to sleeping on the floor of the airport . If I ever have an overnight layover I will DEFINITELY be returning . Great customer service!
The only thing I would say was a bummer was the breakfast selection... There wasn't much offered. But nonetheless it was still good and the kitchen staff was very helpful & nice
This was not a vacation for us. We has a death in out family and we were asked to get a hotel for the wake in san juan. Sine most of the hotels were full we had to settle for the airport hotel. I am in my sixties and have a bad knee. I had to walk all over the parking lot looking for the entrance to the holtel area. Everyone we asked, sent us in a different direction. Finally we arrived at rthe hotel room and when we saw the size of the room we were very diasppointed. Room 434 was so small. We left the next morning on 7/26 and did not return. I thnk this was a waste of money.
Unbeatable location for travelers; mostly a business hotel; fairly clean, well refrigerated and quite comfortable; Americans feel welcome; front desk employees spoke passable or better English
Doors banging at nighttime; iffy wi-fi on 5th floor (reliable on 2nd floor bistro, though); pets on floors
The airport location is extremely covenient for travelers who are simply needing to over night in route to the BVI. We arrived late and departed early the next morning, so the hotel location was perfect.
The included breakfast is meager at best.
Stay right at airport. Clean, quiet, convenient, economical -just the basics. +Restaraunt and breakfast room as well as laundry facility, business center, workout room and outdoor deck and jacuzzis.
Small room. Right across from ice machine and hallway traffic.
Ease from airplanes. Nice rooms.
All of my friends call it the "Freezing Hotel" - the one where the air conditioner is cranked up way too high all the time - rooms are literally below 60º F (15º C)! May be great for San Juan workers coming in from the heat - but a terrible freezing cold night for anyone coming from an airplane!
Location was excellent for early morning departure. We enjoyed the spa area.
