Wifi only at the lobby

The shower had hardly any water coming out, and kept going from hot to ice cold. The free breakfast was terrible, pre-packaged Danish that was rubbery, and the coffee was old.
Staff was friendly, room was very clean.

Poor water pressure for shower

Room size. Sick outside main bathroom
Location and price excellent in comparison with neighborhood. Clean. Excellent staff. Small rooms but perfect outside. Bike, park, beach, restaurants, a lot of entretaiment.

What I didn't like was the fact that they false advertise the oceanview, the view was a apartment complex, it also didn't have good water pressure for the shower, it didn't supply enough towels for two or more guest and the wifi did not work in the rooms.
The location was perfect for all actions

It is so noisy that I can not sleep at night. Wifi is bad, breakfast is bad, and parking is a nightmare!!!
March 18, 2014
The size of the room plus the lay-out of the room. The traffic noise during the night.
The balcony, a comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom.

The sink was beside the bed. The carpet outside the rooms in the hallways was filthy. There was a weird stained footstool in the bedroom with no chair. Our room was right beside the highway so we could hear every car that passed by and literally slept for only a couple of hours. There was no bedside table or anywhere to place your things. There was a tiny mount to the wall where the phone was that was completely broken. It was the worst hotel I have stayed in and definitely not worth $150. The staff forgot to tell us we need a stamp onthe parking pass so we walked all the way to the parking lot ( they use another hotels lot about a 7 min walk) only for the parking lot attendant to tell us. When we told the hotel staff about the broken table they just said they wouldn't charge us for it instead of apologizing for it being there. No one should stay here!!!

We had a street side room which was noisy with traffic. Sink separate from shower and toilet, lacking in counter or shelf space. Lacking amenities to open suitcases. Lighting could use higher wattage bulbs, room dark.
Staff were friendly, location was very good although not many restaurants nearby. Cost was reasonable. Beds comfortable and linen clean and fresh.

There is a one-way street in front of the hotel, which can generate car noise (and exhaust) at certain times (possibly especially Saturday night?) so people who require a lot of quiet at night should take a room on the back side (these may all be rooms with double beds not kings) or perhaps a 3rd floor room is quieter.
I thought the hotel was extremely attractively designed, and the value and location were excellent. The staff was very congenial, and the room was very clean, attractive, and comfortable. The hotel was within a 5-10 min walk of 3 very nice beaches; about a half hour walk through lovely parks to Castillo San Cristobal, and from there not far to the rest of Old San Juan and Castilo El Morro. There is a very nice Japanese restaurant right next door, and a mini-market and a 24-hr Subway sandwich shop. Plus it is a short walk over a pretty bridge with separate pedestrian lanes to many restaurants along Condado Beach. The breakfast included toast, cereal, pastries, fruit, coffee and juices. Anyone who needs something more could get yoghurt etc at the mini-market next door.

Small, breakfast area not nice, breakfast might as well just skip that,no Wi-Fi in most rooms...should not advertise it. Sink not in bathroom, no room to keep toilet articles. Front rooms very loud with traffic noise.

The room was rather minimalist. Nothing fancy, for sure. It was on the street side of the building, a busy and, therefore, noisy (from traffic) street. Few good eating options within walking distance.
The location was convenient to Old San Juan, with bus service nearby. We liked the balcony. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations; it was quite good. Front desk staff was cordial and helpful with our questions.

We felt comfortable leaving our luggage with the front desk when we walked into Old San Juan. It is a 40 minute pleasant walk. Not much of a continental breakfast. Just packaged muffins, fruit , cereal . We had a nice dinner outside at the Hilton Hotel, one block away, the night before our cruise. Not fancy but good value for the money.

Room was tiny with no balcony; not at all like description. Area smelled like uncollected garbage. Street noise was very loud. WiFi would not connect
Staff was very friendly
