Грязные, старые номера. Три раза при заселении меняли комнаты по причине грязного постельного белья. Старые изношенные полотенца.

It’s a decent budget hotel in a good location. It’s one block from a 24- hour Walgreen’s, Starbucks, Charlie car rental office, and the Marriot (the latter where we saw a live salsa band and dancing late Saturday night). There are lots of restaurants of all kinds in walking distance. It’s a good neighborhood with other hotels and condos. The fact that the hotel is one building away from the beach and not directly on the beach is irrelevant for beach access, because it’s on a dead-end street that opens out onto the beach. The hotel even has an outdoor shower, for its guests to rinse off the sand. It's also nice to have wifi and breakfast. A rollaway bed fit into our room. If needed you can reserve a parking space in the off-site lot.

There was some noise of music from the pub/restaurant nextdoor. The a/c fan is a little loud, too. Breakfast could be better. There was no tea or hot water for tea and no fruit.

Our rooms were great, the beach is just outside the door and is AWESOME with nice waves for body surfing, the staff were top notch, the location is great for walking to shopping, restaurants, airport, ship docks and 10 min from Old San Juan. It is a very safe area to stay - we really liked it a lot. We loved the outdoor covered patio for eating breakfast and playing cards in the evening.

I loved the location and the price was reasonable. The rooms were simple, yet nice and clean.

Small dirty room. Bed very uncomfortable. Very noisey area. Complementary breakfast was very limited. There was sand and dead bugs on the floor in our room.

The location is fantastic and the beach has great waves. Lots of places to eat and store within walking distance. Staff was very friendly

We were looking for a place to just hang our head at night. This was just what I was looking for in a hotel. Cost was appropriate for what hotel had to offfer.

Parking was limited. The bar next door played loud music all night long. Thank goodness for the air conditioner to muffle the sound. No bottled water.

It was just ok

They charged us more than the confirmed price. Very disapointed.

Great location! Steps away from the fine beach. You can borrow beach towel from the hotel and enjoy your stay in the beach. no beach chair or sun shade umbrellas, though. Also, condado area that the hotel locates really has its reputation of wonderful night life. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. The main street Ashford ave. is like a big night club even at 3am over the weekend.

Hotel can help to call taxi if needed. We need to leave the hotel at 3am in the morning and they had one taxi for us waiting right outside; plus, in regular hours, taxis are always parking in front of the hotel. plus, "Sandy Beach" seems to be very well recognized by Taxi and shuttles provided by most tour group. we told them we were in "Sandy Beach", and all of the drivers that we had knew it right away where it is.

It was in a good location, only a half a block from a beautiful beach. Not too far from Old San Juan. Has a feel of Puerto Rico. Much cheaper than other hotels nearby.

The location was great right off the beach. Very close to restaurants. Staff was great. Short taxi ride from airport (paid 20.00). Taxis always sitting out front to take you back to airport.

Only stuff who really care for guest is german,manager?

Not clean or as picturesque as it appeared on website. Not a place for children to stay. Building need a lot of updates.

It was a reasonalbly priced hotel room, right on the beach. Perfect for staying overnight prior to our cruise. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were happy to store our luggage until we were able to board the ship.

Staff is always very nice and helpful. Good coffee and Continental breakfast included. Located right on the beach (well, a few steps from it). Great price.

Rooms could be upgraded a little. Building is old.

La chambre (207) trop petite. La poussière sur les lampes de chevets cassées. La douche "grande" comme une cabine d'ascenseur et un robinet du lavabo cassé. Les serviettes de toilettes...pas nettes !!!

niets is goed aan dit hotel

Vuil, smerig, vuil hoofdkussen, handdoeken smerig niet ververst, kamer dat kan je niet beschrijven hoe vuil ze was, plastiek onder bed en vuil dat er al maanden lag, had en tafel verschoven om de valies op te leggen en er lagen etensresten achter beschelmt. Kan maar 1 raad geven blijf daar weg, wij zijn daar s'nachts toegekomen als het overdag was zou ik zeker niet gebleven zijn. Hebben niet gedoucht en na het ontbijt die bestond uit droog brood met water koffie was er niet en 1 banaan vlug vertrokken ze zien mij daar nooit terug hebben 102 dollar betaald voor en smerig kot.
