1- I have been told that my room is not what I booked, I arrived late night and the hotel was fully booked, the reception staff indicated that he will do his best to change the room the day after arrival, but nothing done. I do not feel happy about the way I was treated.

A quiet, clean hotel.

I thought that the room expense should have included a complimentary breakfast for the given price. Had I known, I would have booked through you at the Sheraton Convention Center. Paid for a Deluxe Bay View room but view was only partial...still no problem.

De ligging in het oude centrum van San Juan, pal bij de cruiseterminal.

Gehorige kamer doordat er een tussendeur was met een andere kamer. Behoorlijk duur. 1650 euro voor 7 nachten en dat was exclusief ontbijt. Ontbijt was nog eens 22 usd pp per dag. Bediening op het terras was slecht. Er liep genoeg personeel rond maar deze waren niet oplettend voor het opnemen van een bestelling. Flesjes lokaal bier $ 5 exlusief taxen gratuity. Kortom: Goed hotel op goede lokatie maar te weinig service voor de prijs die ervoor betaald moet worden. Wel aan te bevelen aan anderen maar mét vermelding. Van de prijs.

A mi hija Ani y a mí nos encantó estar observando desde el balcón de nuestra habitación las salidas y entradas de los cruceros, los atardeceres espectaculares...además su ubicación en pleno Viejo San Juan, donde encuentras toda clase de restaurantes alrededor, lugares turísticos, paseos, farmacias etc.... Debido a las fiestas de Navidad estaba arreglado con un hermosísimo pino...nos encantó¡¡ La comida excelente al igual que el servicio de meseros y el personal del lobby. Les recomendamos cenar en el restaurant Palio en su terraza desde donde se pueden obervar también los cruceros, la bahía y todo el bullicio de la avenida. Nosotras salimos de crucero desde el muelle Panamericano que se encuentra al lado opuesto de este hotel, por lo que hay que tomar taxi que cuesta aprox. 20 dlls., Por lo que si salen de ese muelle en los Royal Caribbean pueden escoger el Sheraton más moderno que está a unas 5 cuadras de ese muelle y desde donde se puede ir a pié, pero no hay tiendas ni restaurantes alrededor, sólo el centro de convenciones (por lo que si se va a un congreso es el ideal), y además se perderían de estar cerca de lo más típico y bonito de San Juan.

Sólo que las habitaciones apenas de tamaño justo y con muebles anticuados, pero muy limpio todo.

Excelentemente ubicado en el viejo San Juan. Sin duda perfecto para conocerlo.

De goede locatie vlakbij het oude centrum en bij de cruise terminal.Grote kamer en goed bed.

Het hotel is niet echt proper.

サンファンにある王国会館の日曜日の集会に出席したかったのですが，コンシェルジェは頼りになりませんでし- た。しかし，クロークのスタッフが自発的に探すのを手伝ってくれました。一番近い場所の地図をGoogle- で調べ，印刷までしてくださいました。

チェックインは3時以降。一般的に１２時間程度なら早めにチェックインする融通がきくものですが，全く駄目- のようでした。年寄りが同伴していたので，その点は残念でした。また，宿泊料金がかなりお高いと感じました- が，スイートルームにアップグレードしてくださいましたので，お値段的にはまずまずです。

La habitacion es comoda y espaciosa. El personal se mostro sumamente amable.
