Nothing, room was filled with bugs, no hot water.Lacked the basics

Bugs in room , upon check in taken to 5 different rooms, had no clue where my room was. Went for the Deluca wedding and upon check in said they d/n know about any wedding......hello it was the next day. Asked if there was a bath tub or shower, said d/n know had to ask someone else. Said want a smoking room it is a checkbox on my reservation. Said no smoking, you can smoke out side and I did. I kept my word on everything. Villa Montana did not.. When finally brought to the right room, 3 hr drive in taxi from sju, u should tell people there is a closer airport.....200 Bucks each way for taxi? Unreasonable. When finally got to the right room was just in the door and no lights on and no idea where to find them. Not anything I ever experienced b4. No ice in room, tv not on called and sent mtce but screen all blurred, so left it on for mtce to see. No one came to make up the room when left note on door but came in my room when d/n disturb sigh on and left a bottle of cheap champagne. Wifi not available till day 2. No directions to any ice machine.Curtains are filthy and rod too low. Disgusting . No directions to access vm messages and dialing 0 for assistance and info never answered but a couple of times. But upon check in they let me stand there while took calls from their friends. No paper or pen in room.......basics.One roll of toilet paper in room and a almost gone roll. I had to use kleenex. No clock in room and radio d/n work so I could see the time repeated calls for help were unanswered. I fianlly got thru to front desk on Sunday at 4pm to get directions to Cliff for wedding. Told me to take a left out of my room and follow it to the sea.. Wring directions and dame near missed the wedding. It is a left from front desk, not my room. Had to get directions from friends an security to get back to my room . The food at the cliff and service was slow and ignorant and food unable to eat. I ordered steak, they sent me catch of the day.

The kitchen sink was clogged, it was notified, but never fixed.

Great location, beautiful gardens and structures and great peronnel.

Mattress too hard. Need Ice Machines closer to the Villas.

Loved the Zen atmosphere

That they should clean rooms. The way it was proposed you did not have an option.

facilties are runned down. Service is not prompt. Not a luxury villa as stayed. Overpriced.

It has a beautiful view of the beach and the pool is excellent and the restaurants are very nice.

One of the two rooms did not have air conditioning at the common area, and it was really hot.

Todo nos fue super bien. La comida, el personal, la playa!! Fue excelente!! Quedamos enamorados con la propiedad y el personal!!

Muy poco tiempo. La proxima queremos ir 4 a 5 dias!!

los empleados muy seco,no se ven muy alegre,te envian solo a buscar las cabañas y tiene que estar adivinando donde están,creo que el lugar esta hecho para extranjero.Muy caro

El lugar es muy bonito. Nosotros alquilamos una villa de 1 habitación y estábamos ubicados directamente frente al mar. El restaurante Eclipse es muy acogedor y la comida es muy rica. Los jardines y la playa es ideal para viajar con niños.

No corresponde el buen gusto del lugar (la recepción, restaurante, playa, jardines) con la habitación. La habitación es normal pero no es para considerarlo un 5 estrellas. Es costoso para la calidad de la habitación. Los muebles son viejos, así como el colchón de la cama y el baño.

Strand. Saubere Anlage. Klimaanlagen leise und zum abstellen.

Hotel liegt direkt in der Flugschneise Bis zu 9 Nachtflüge. Tagsüber sehr laut in der Anlage.(Laubsauger) Man ist nicht Gast sondern nur eine Nummer. Schlecht ausgebildetes Personal Preis-Leistung passt überhaupt nicht Persönliche Wünsche werden Ignoriert.

La ubicacion y estructura rustica, sencilla y romantica hace q i spire un ambiente de relajacion y buen gusto. Espero volver con toda la familia.

Las failidades del bano de la habitacion muy incomodo, pequeno.

-Both restaurants were very good and their staff very courteous and firendly. The rooms were comfortable and fairly priced. -Beach was clean and views were very nice. -The facilities are very nice.

-Beach should be equiped with additional seats and lounge chairs -a major scheduling issue caused us to be moved from our room (we were told our reservation was received "late"...booking.com staff said otherwise). Although the manager was very friendly, we did have to request some type of courtesy discount which, for the reasons stated beforehand, should have been included in the bill without asking. -No drinking water in the rooms.

Beautiful set up and wonderfully decorated. Felt special arriving and checking in. The restaurants were gorgeous.

The wait at the restaurant for food or drinks was extraordinary and frustrating. Some of the morning service staff appeared lackadaisical and took an hour and a half to have breakfast. That said, the service staff at the Asian restaurant was excellent, especially one gentleman (expert surfer...don't recall his name but he was very good). Our room needed tissues but the container was placed empty under the sink so we kept leaving it out requesting tissue. We never had a bath floor mat for getting out of the shower; we asked every day in order to get one?
