The place is just beautiful. All the spaces are in harmony with nature and it's very pleasant. The customer service was and still is terrible. We had problem with almost all interaction during our stay and now after, since they charge me twice, and despite the proof that I paid, they are not able to apologize and rectify the situation. We booked a restaurant with them that was finally close and they never told us know, until we went to ask for the transportation to get there. We had to do a last minute reservation at another restaurant. I did a spa reservation and had to call back to confirm because they never did. The food is not good and is very expensive. I would recommend Vieques, but not the W.

I've stayed in a lot of luxury hotels but none with this much style the staff are amazing Also the nearby towns are easily accsessable by taxi 5 dollars takes you anywhere I can't think of anything really to complain about Most people we spoke to we're bowled over by the place .ive read various comments from other people about the prices for meals & food ect and this would be an issue if you had Children but I was with a work friend and we thought the prices were not too bad given were you were The worst part of the trip was getting the Ferry over to Ferrado The Ferry costs 2 dollars. To fly with cape air is 140 dollars We flew over in the first instance and wished that we had flown back as well it's not a terrible experience but worth avoiding if you can .

Staff and location excellent Food OK Wifi was not available in our first room. Moved at the third day into another room to get internet access. However this room had a mold-infested AC and molding walls around the lavatory. So the buildings need better maintenance.

Todo aquello que no incluyen en la tarifa de hotel, lo tienen como servicio complementario lo cual facilita la comodidad y la estadía en general (ej: arriendo de quitasol para cuando sales del hotel, prestan toallas para salir del hotel, tienen rent a car dentro del recinto, café y tiendas con productos básicos, etc). La piscina y cuartos son espectaculares y el servicio excelente.La comida del restaurant tambien es muy bueno. es el hotel de mayor nivel de la isla. Recomiendo este lugar para parejas, familias, grupos, etc. Sólo un día se les olvidó colocarnos toallas en el cuarto. demoraron 20 minutos en traerlas. en un hotel normal eso es razonable, pero de un hotel como el W se espera que todo sea perfecto, dado el precio que se paga. Solamente eso, el resto del servicio, limpieza del cuarto, y facilidades fueron perfectas.
