Laundry service clothes came back clean but gray.
Quiet location with easy access to Beit Jala markets and pilgrim sites
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is modern and very clean.
Need to improve the room for soundproof
The coffee bar should have "one" server who is responsible for it operation; not left to front desk staff to operate. They need to charge only in local currency, not US dollars all other businesses in town use Israels currency without any problem. Hotels should never charge in USD when located in Israel, I have several do exactly that in Jerusalem. One in Eliat chrged in Israel currency. Leave the money changing and foreign exchange to the "money changers"; please.
It is well located in Beit Jala only a 15 minute walk into Bethlehem centre. They are two separate municipality's is a and could be considered one town if mistaken; as Beit Jala has an "Old City" area as well. The Angel is situated next to the Beit Jale Old City. Breakfast was sufficeint; although more fruit should be offered and it should be from 7 am to 10 am an extra hour; 9 am is just to early to close breakfast to tourists. They get tour groups so it works for them but people travelling from a group are in need of more time. A special thanks to Nancy and Mary Anna!! Thanks so much for your kindness.
We were on highest floor with only the dining room above us. Breakfast starts at 7am and there was a lot of shuffling of chairs which could be heard in the room.
Breakfast and quietness
The location is very far from Bethlehem. You have to take a cab there.
Friendly staff, clean room, great roof terrace, nice breakfast, in/outside bar with a film screen. Beit Jala neigbourhood is interesting for a stroll, to see old houses and churches.
It's a short taxi ride to the centre or a 20 min walk. Really lovely staff, very comfortable and great WiFi
breakfast and wifi could be better
good location clean friendly staff
Wifi was down all 3 days. Only available at lobby. Breakfast buffet was the same. Sugared pastries and juices. No one makes the room up. This hotel is for tour groups and I think the staff takes care of their rooms and attends to them first before other guests. I died...
From the outside everything looks fine. Close to church of annunciation.
Furniture..beds..they are good ..but old ones
Very helping and good staff..especially at reception..
I didn't notice that the hotel is not in Jerusalem. It's in Ben Jala and you need to take bus to Jerusalem which will take you 30 minutes one way. Location is not good. Very difficult to find and quite far away from the bus station. We rent a car in Jerusalem but you can not drive the car to Ben Jala cuz it's in Palestinian territory. This really drove us crazy. In addition, the staffs were not willing to exchange Sheqel for us. Hotel staffs in Isreal told us they didn't have their local currency. This is quite ridiculous. The room is clean but old.
Good quality accommodation, clean and welcoming.
