George, the manager as very helpful.

I loved the hotel. The owners were so kind and helped with me whenever I asked for something. A perfect choice for single tourists, who look for a safe place to stay and a family environment.

I really appreciated the kindness and friendly attitude of the staff - George & his family. He came to lead me back home when I got lost ...after 11pm! No other accommodation would be so concerned with their guest's welfare...well not in my experience - thanks George!! The apartment was very comfortable, clean & had great Wi-Fi connection!!

Maybe some blackout curtains in the bedroom would help...I Was awake at the crack of dawn...this wasn't really a problem but I wasn't feeling 100% & wasn't sleeping too well!!

We came to Ramallah for the first time to visit a school. The Dana Flats worked well for us. Its location is perfect- it is in town close to Main St. But on a quieter side street. The apartment we had was very clean and is well cared for. The owner, George Salah, is very helpful and accommodating. Although I am not likely to return to Ramallah, I would stay at Dana Flats again if I do return.

Payment has to be in cash- Israeli or us currency. Not a major problem since there are several banks nearby with ATMs but being to pay by credit card would be easier.

Because there is only a little electic stove available, the flat is not recommended for staying during winter time.

Price policy poco trasparente (15% city tax e 10% per "servizi"che la Reception non è stata in grado di spiegarci cosa fossero). L'acqua in bagno funzionava ad intermittenza.

The beds were not comfortable.

Location was great. Family run business and the owner was extremely friendly and flexible.

The matress was very hard - was like sleeping on a board. Attention to detail was missing - ie only one towel in room. Internet connectivity great in first room, very poor in second room.

We werden vriendelijk onthaald door de zoon van de eigenaar, een jongen van 12 jaar! Hij sprak uitstekend Engels, begeleidde ons naar onze kamer en bracht ons nog een extra handdoek. We spraken even met de eigenaar via de telefoon. Hij excuseerde zich uitgebreid dat de weg in zo'n slechte staat was (momenteel opgebroken) en dat er geen tv in de kamer was. De locatie is ideaal, met veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. De mensen zijn er ook allemaal heel vriendelijk, we werden door voorbijgangers gegroet met 'welkom' en als we even stonden rond te draaien omdat we niet wisten welke richting we uit moesten, werden we direct aangesproken door mensen die ons wilden helpen. Wij verbleven er van vrijdagmiddag tot zaterdagmiddag. Op vrijdagmiddag was de stad vrij rustig (maar geen gebrek aan eten/drinken), op zaterdagvoormiddag was het een gezellige drukte van jewelste!

De badkamer kon properder. 's Morgens vroeg en 's avonds laat hadden we geen warm water in de douche. We hadden er een beetje overheen gelezen dat er bij de kamerprijs nog 14.5 % stadstax en 10 % servicekosten kwamen (onze eigen schuld natuurlijk), wat de kamerprijs ineens toch wat duurder maakte dan in onze planning.. De servicekosten werden ons overigens wel kwijtgescholden door het gebrek aan tv in de kamer.

Location excellent in central Ramallah; pleasant proprietor George and his son; spacious 2 room apartment with kettle & cooking facilities; good value. Would certainly use again. instructions to find the apartments not very clear.

It was really practical to have your own kitchen. The apartment was also very neat and clean.

Even with a big fan it gets very, very hot in the summer..

The location was great. Right in the center of Ramallah, very close to the Manara.

The internet did not work while I was there. This was a problem as I needed the internet to do work and according to the property description, it does have wifi. I had to go to a local coffee shop which was an inconvenience. Also the bed is very hard and uncomfortable so I ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room.

ホテルではなく、スタジオタイプのアパートということで、干渉されることもなく気楽に過ごせる。部屋は広く- て快適で、ちょっと暑いことをスタップの方に伝えたらすぐに扇風機を持ってきてくれたし、必要なものは伝え- るとすぐに持ってきてくれた。部屋に備えてある近くのレストランの出前のメニューも便利だったし、時々階下- の受付に姿を見せるスタッフもフレンドリーで、最初の日など、車で必要な施設を案内してくれるなどとても親- 切だった。次にこのエリアに来ることがあったら是非またここに宿をとりたいと思う。

エアコンがなくてちょっと暑かった。（ヒーターは備えてある）でもこのエリアでは仕方がないことだと思う。-
