Lo mejor, el edificio, sin duda. Un magnífico y enorme palacete recientemente restaurado.

La atención del personal del hotel en el cual uno notermina de sentirse a gusto.

Stunning place with an excellent staff! We loved it! The charm and ambiance of the palace is a not to be missed experience. My husband and I spent 6 nights here after spending one week in Jerusalem. Our room was large lovely, and spotlessly clean. The staff was so friendly and eager to please. My husband and I loved wandering around the lovely palace, and having a drink and snacks in the atrium area restaurant. The dinner buffet is not to be missed. The food was excellent and beautifully seasoned. I am a vegetarian and there were many options for vegetarians. The internet access here is great! It was so good that we were able to use our Magic Jack phone with no trouble. We also had executive lounge access and that was a nice treat also! The staff in there is so friendly and welcoming , as they are in the whole hotel. Bethlehem itself was so nice, Nativity Church, Manger Square, Milk Grotto, Old Town and Shepherd's Field to visit. My husband and I loved wandering around the town talking to the Palestinian people who are so very warm and welcoming. Everywhere we walked people would say, "hello, you are welcome" and we would stop and have a chat with them. So nice!! I would like to issue a hugh thank you to the lovely staff at Jacir Palace, to the welcoming and wonderful people of Palestine, and to booking.com who did my booking.

Nothing. We loved the palace and the fantastic staff. Checking out was like leaving family.

העיצוב המיוחד והיוקרתי.עובדי המלון.ארוחת הבוקר.

הדבר היחיד שלא אהבתי והכעיס אותי מאד כי בסיכום העיסקה המחיר היה 1228 שקל ל 2 חדרים לא כולל 14.50% .חישבתי והנחתי שאשלם בסביבות 1400 שקל.ואז פקיד הקבלה עשה כל מיני חישובים ואמר שיש תוספת שירות והמחיר הגיע 1664 שקל.כשבהזמנה כתוב שהתוספת היחידה שהייתה אמורה להיות היא ה 14.50 %.בבירור עם אורחים אחרים שהזמינו ישירות מהמלון הם שילמו 800 שקל לחדר לזוג ללילה.אז מה שבעצם המלון עושה הוא עוקף את ההנחה שמקבלים המזמינים דרכם באתר booking.ולא אמליץ על המלון עקב אי הוגנות.אבל מי שמוכן לשלם מעבר לעיסקה המלון הוא חוויה.

O hotel efetivamente é maravilhoso, confesso a vocês que me deixou muito imprecionado pela sua arquitetura e beleza, e que pena que não pude aproveita- lo na sua plenitude em razão de poucos dias que fiquei hospedado.

Coloco a condição de bom a nota atribuida aos funcionarios, pois lamentavelmente quase tive um incidente com o funcionario da recepção na chegada, que consiste em: 1- Ao chegar na recepção apresentando o documento da reserva e a confirmação pelo funcionário da mesma, o mesmo me disse que a diária tinha um valor de 177 dolares, o que me causou estranheza pois não perguntei o valor da diária, quando fiz a reserva tinha conhecimento do valor. Este fato me deixou extremamente aborrecido, pois na minha interpretação o funcionário estava pensando que se tratava de um hospede moleque e que com toda certeza eu não sou. 2- o segundo fato mais desagradavel ainda foi solicitar o pagamento de forma antecipada, aceitei fazê-lo o valor das diárias para não criar um incidente maior, pois estava acompanhado da minha esposa. Tenho certeza que este não é o procedimento habitual do hotel, e que este funcionário talvez tenha dormido com os pés de fora, venha descontar nos hospedes, o que é profundamente lastimavel. Estas são as minhas observações, espero que tomem as medidas necessárias, para que fatos como esse não venham ocorrer novamente.

L'hotel è molto bello e curato, camere grandi e pulite, forse da ristrutturare, piscina molto grande e bella. In generale un bel hotel con staff che parla inglese e cibo ottimo, sia a colazione che a cena.

I prezzi concordati con l'hotel al momento del pagamento sono differenti, bisogna controllare bene quellop che ti addebitano, spesso errato.

из 5 дней.небыло уборки в течение 2 дней.рядом мечеть и призыв на намаз совершался прямо в окна.очень скудный завтрак.отсутствие фруктов и зелени.отсутствие ценника на мини бар.очень огромная цена на проживание

Flecken auf manchen Polsterbezügen. Frühstück für diese Hotelkategorie mit begrenzter Auswahl. Swimming pool noch nicht für die Saison vorbereitet.

Food, cleanliness, facilities and amenities

Beautiful building, with very good facilities and a good location. Good value by comparison with Jerusalem. Good breakfast. A memorable stay.

I thought the cost rather high, given that the American Colony offers better facilities, is better maintained and only costs a little bit extra. I think other hotels in Bethlehem are quite a lot cheaper and only a little bit less comfortable. The Palace is good for larger groups.

We stayed here because we wanted to have a decent and comfortable accomadation in Bethlehem and as I`m a priority club member I`m loyal to this hotel chain and I trust the quality of Intercontinental hotel group. Well this hotel deffiniately does not have the amenities and comfort of a 5 star hotel, in fact it really is not 5 star. This hotel is a shame of the Intercontinental group. Upon arrival, they charged us 13% extra as "service tax" so the price went far higher than what we booked the hotel for. The room had no heating system, no hot water...the tap was broken, so basically we could get cold or warm water but not hot... We asked for a dental kit (we had to ask for it twice) it took them 45min to deliver it and what they brought is a toothbrush with no plastic wrap without tooth paste!!!!!.. When I questioned them they said this is what they found.. Not a good selection of items available on breakfast, dry old scrambled egg, fruits from can (no fresh fruits) and some arabic choices, it wasn`t even possible to get a hot chocolate. The spa was meant to be open until 10pm however when we went to check it out at 8pm it was closed, when we asked the staff about it they could not answer why its closed or when it is going to be open again. No slippers or bath robe in the room and the minibar was empty. It was not possible to make national or international calls from the room. Duty manager and front desk staff were friendly and they were basically the only people who spoke english fluently out of all the employees. Nice building, but nothing is upto 5 star standards not even 4 star. We basically paid over 150 dollars for a room which did not even have hot water.. You can find similar hotels in the city for half of the price.
