Staff are friendly and helpful. I haven't tried the pool but it looks good. Falafels there are delicious (breakfast). CNN news is available there. Clean.
Wifi at room was broken most time. I ended up going lobby to use the unsecured wifi there. The practice there was not standard, e.g. the number of towels given each time was different. It's far away from down town (but I see Intercontinental Jericho has the same problem too). Literally everytime I went out I had to hire taxi, but I did walked from hotel to down town and the other way around. Each trip took me 45 minutes, in the sun. The hotel always called the same taxi driver. The up side is the driver speaks very good English. The down side is I guess the driver charges more than others. The kettle the hotel gave me was rusty and it stank. I asked to change to another one. There was no more rust but still stank. I gave up and filled my water bottle with tap water instead.
Stylish spacious brand new rooms. Hotel going through tasteful reno. Great pool and gardens, fun staff. Really close to Hisham's Palace. Had a bar.
Not knowing renovations were happening - had little impact on me/guests but would have liked to be informed.
This is a comfortable hotel in a town with very few options. Excellent for children with pools slides etc.
Building work which is noisy in the day time. We were not warned of this but we were moved at once to quieter rooms.
The hotel is undergoing extensive renovations and was a building site. Banging started at 7am. We were "upgraded" to a bungalow next to the swimming pool looking on to a hedge. Behind the hedge was the pool and the pool man who played very loud music all day. Not a place to relax. We left after 2 days even though we had booked in for 4. For our first breakfast there was no buffet because they said there weren't enough guests! The picture on your website of the hotel is dishonest.
Wonderful to relax, superfriendly staff!
Staff were super nice and friendly- the room was very comfortable- the pool was great and the food was delicious! No complaints!
There wasn't a lot of other guests staying there- I was happy with this as I wanted to relax with some peace and quiet for a few days, but if you're looking for a lively place you might be disappointed. Also its too far to walk into Jericho but the staff are happy to call you a cab and its not expensive.
