I stayed here two years ago when the hotel was quite new and I was very impressed this time by the progress made with the renovations & the quality of the work done - this is a beautiful place to stay. The position is outstanding - 2 minutes walk from the Church of the Nativity & Manger Square. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful, especially the wonderful manager Louis. We were staying during the visit of Pope Francis and, despite the large number of guests, we could not have been better looked after. I will be back to stay in this hotel in 6 weeks with a school group and I know that we will be well looked after again. I highly recommend this hotel.

We traveled to Bethlehem to be with Pope Francis and this hotel was perfect. Staff very helpful, they did efforts to facilitate our stay though that the hotel was fully booked. Special thanks to Amani! The location is wonderful few meters from the church of nativity.

Breakfast is OK but could be improved.

Great location. It's Palestine and we were happy to see that land and people (very cheerful and ready to help). The wall between Palestine and Israel was the most impressive thing we saw... The hotel is not 4 star but more or less value for money esp if compared with the same level in Israel. Parking free, wi-fi.

Not 4 star, a bit noisy, nothing to do in the evening if you don't feel good enough to walk far from the hotel. The running water was rather warm than hot, no mini bar even water

Proximity to the Church of Nativity. Very helpful staff.

Variety and quality of breakfast could be better.

Location to the tourist hot spots

Key Card Systems is extremely poor, we had to see the recception three times to activate the cards. This Hotel is mainly for groups. Breakfast is group quality. Dirty windows. Poor design for a new hotel. They had not enough shekels to Change $ 100.

Brand new, still expanding hotel perfectly located close to the Nativity Church and Manger Square. Friendly helfpul staff and clean shiny rooms. Nice bar too. But I do though feel there are some minor beginners problems - or at least I would assume they are. I had no wifi in my room as promised so I changed and then got wifi but no hot water. If one can stand minor problems like that, which staff are very inclined to fix for you, it is a great stay. The owner also helped get a taxi for a days tour of Mar Saba and Herodium for a bargain price which for me made up for the cold shower...

Wifi a bit shaky in some rooms. Hot water the same. But they will probably try and fix that for you.

I like the decoration between the rooms

The noise from the street also I didn't like the service because we asked for towels and they didn't bring us ones.
