There is a seaport opposite the hotel which offers a modern marina, shops and gardens. The sauna is especially inviting after a day of meetings or sightseeing. Ponta Delgada Airport is 2 km away. - Clean rooms - good location - everyhting worked as expected - Noise from the street was a bit too loud - staff was quite invisible, it wasn't rude but it wasn't nice either - pool and sauna was poor

Good location, near the harbor! We asked room from upper floors and we got it with very nice view. I would recommend. Breakfast could be better or have more variety.

The only thing that I found strange was the fact that was no bell boy at the time of arrival to help with luggage. I saw someone with a uniform that saw us struggling with the luggage and stayed at the counter looking at us (the reason I don't rate the hotel as luxury. Although at the time of the check out another boy with the same uniform gave us very good service with a smile. Maybe the person that was there at check-in needs a lot of training or a kick in the butt (pardon my language). The employees behind the counter were very professional and pleasant. I did not place my comments on the complaints because I belive that it can very easily be fixed.

Simpatia dos funcionários. Hotel cómodo e prático sem grandes luxos. A proximidade com a marginal e o porto dá-lhe uma certa alegria na envolvente. Os quartos virados ao mar têm uma vista previligiada. Pequeno almoço razoável.

Accueil et service irréprochable. La situation plein centre, face au port est très appréciable. Bien sûr, cette emplacement est quelque peu bruyant... Quelque peu bruyant de part sa situation. De plus, vu les dates du séjour (octobre), je sentais bien que nous étions hors saison. Le buffet était donc moins achalandé. La piscine n'était également pas disponible.

A localização e simpatia dos colaboradores. Os chuveiros são demasiado baixos e não são amovíveis, o que dificulta um pouco o banho. Sugeria que tivessem bolos levedos no pequeno almoço

A vista para o mar,e para a avenida marginal de Ponta Delgada. Tive que esperar que o quarto ficasse pronto, no dia anterior liguei para saber da reserva,e disseram para tar as 12horas,tive até as 14:30 a espera que o quarto ficasse pronto,as toalhas nao foram mudadas,fui a recepção pedir para as mudarem as 13:00 h so foram as mudar as 18:00 H.(insatisfeito)

Su relacion calidad-precio y el trato que he recibido. Es un hotel que esta a 5 minutos andando de la ciudad de Praia de Vitoria y es un excelente lugar para pasar unas vacaciones. Es un hotel muy completo ya que dispone de todas las comodidades posibles y unas vistas privilegiadas. Soy un chico de 26 de años y os aseguro que nunca había estado en hotel así, es genial. Al lado del hotel se encuentra la carretera que te lleva directa a Angra y no se tarda nada por ahí. Merece mucho la pena alojarse en hotel. Es un hotel algo separado de la ciudad, muy tranquilo.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé à Ponta Delgada, juste en face de la marina. Le balcon avec vue sur le port est agréable. Le personnel est discret mais efficace et le petit déjeuner complet et savoureux. Difficile d'obtenir un grand lit pour deux. Mais ce n'est pas une particularité de cet hôtel: c'est le cas dans tous les hôtels de l'île.

La ubicaión es inmejorable, eso si, si te toca habitación con vistas al mar, sino sería horrible la cama es cómoda, lo único. El hotel es de los 70s, tiene una moqueta gastada y horrible en pasillos y habitaciones, da bastante repelus. El baño es antiquísimo, la ducha fija e incómoda y con una cortinilla vieja y gastada. Los muebles anclados en los setenta. El aire acondicionado apenas funciona, eso si, un ruido espantoso. El dia que nos fuimos llovía y los pasillos estaban llenos de toallas para las goteras. Se puede dormir aunque la calle es ruidosa, y ,sobre todo,lo que vale son las vistas y la terraza( con mesas y dos sillas de plástico de terraza de bar cutre), sin eso te mueres ahí dentro. Al lado hay otro hotel de la misma cadena que sí es nuevo, este está para cerrar y reformar urgentemente. Si vais a punta delgada pedid vistas al mar y cercanía al paseo que dentro del pueblo no hay nada que hacer, alquilad vehículo y a recorrer la isla.
