Location near the beach. The beach is beautiful. Beautiful gardens. Amazing swimming pool. Wide range of activities. Good facilities. Nice staff.

Room is good size, very big, with a balcony but basic decoration. Room cleanliness must be improved. 2 beds for a couple.

It was a pretty resort, well maintained, well landscaped and bartending staff were great. For a cafeteria style restaurants, the food was good with decent selection.

It wasn't "all inclusive" as I know it. Payment was required for towels, no premium drinks...and everything paid in cash, no al a carte restaurants. Bars closed at 11-11:30. Food closed at 9:30. Not what we are used to at a first class resort.

Facilities were excellent, walks to vilamoura via the beach and cliffs was great. excellent choice of food in the main hall though very limited choice of drink's.

Rooms were below par for Portugal, not renovated in 20 years, terrible damp/musky smell in the standard room, balcony completed covered so no sun exposure. Complex 4 ster, rooms 2 star.

Good value for money. Kind staff. Good rooms. many different activities. Good variety of food. Clean and well kept hotel. Good service.

We had to fill our Water bottle every day - no free Water bottles. Only beaty product on arrival. No wifi - only by charge. Far away from everything.

Mostly it's area and landscape. territory is fantastic and nicely maintained by personnel. Food was pretty good with a vast choice of dishes although deserts were very poor, biscuit cakes (3-4 variants daily) were not good at all. Fruits are limited.

Rooms furniture, bed sheets, cushions & blanket, bathroom/shower are very-very old even shabby, definitely needs to be replaced.Windows (behind curtains) were very dusty although cleaning ladies did rooms every day and changed towels (no need to change daily).

The shows in eve time. Kiddies shows. Bar service all day. The all inclusive was very good value. The service and quality of food was excellent and availability was also excellent. The layout of the hotel is lovely once you get there. There were 2 staff only, who were any way friendly - the lounge boy in the evening who whistled away as he collected empty glasses and the Compere who looked after evening entertainment (beauty contest in the Theatre on Sat night). They were both like a tonic they were so friendly.

It is way out on its own. Tried to go shopping but shuttle bus was not available on 2 requests. Staff at reception were not one bit friendly despite the fact that I tried hard to be friendly with them and were no way apologetic about the unavailability of the shuttle bus. Referred us to public bus which was a disaster as we were left at a bus station with no shops within reach. Felt like I was a nuisance to the reception staff. Apartments were a bit far from reception area and we were infested with ants on the 4th night. Staff not very friendly at all esp reception staff - which is the first port of call. Beach was very much out of reach also.

wide areas, gardens, pools, beach proximity and accesses

in the all-inclusive tariff only basic drink brands where included... there where no natural fruit juices available (not even paying for them).

Warm friendly. All inclusive with good on site facilities. Food was OK, however they did cook with a lot of oil which we are not used too. swimming pools great for families. Quiet in mid to early June when we stayed.

Located some distance from resort but not a problem for us. nearer to Villamora than Albufera.
