Availability of free internet connection at the hotel lobby. The staff was knowledgeable and very professional and courteous. Check in and check out were carried out quite fast. Free internet connection working only in the lobby, not in the room! |

it was clean and tidy, quite smart, breakfast was ok. a central location i got the impression and thought that the hotel was a holiday hotel,however there were no trips out. tourist information was limited, spoken English was very limited, the restaurant was a disappointment. and was only open on request sun/mon evening |

Worst hotel I have stayed in the last couple of years, everything very old, a TV with 10 years, broken furniture, was closed at night had to call the hotel to wake up someone to open the door. |

Closed to the city center. Improve the insulation of the rooms with double glass and other measures, specially on the north side, because the temperature inside the room after 4 hours of heating was very low. Next night I asked to change to another room. |

The courteousness of the staff. The fact that none of the lounges were open during the day so you couldn't even get a cup of coffee between breakfast and 5pm, given that the weather was poor during our stay a hot drink would have been more than welcome at times. |

Rooms were clean and the traditional feel of the hotel although it was a modern building The internet connection dire and the fact there was no powerpoint aroun the room desk area with the plug so far away I had to sit on my bed to use the computer. The TV channels were not tuned in properly and some were missing. The fact I was given two single beds when I was led to believe I would have a double for single occupancy. El estar en el hotel sin enterarte apenas de la existencia de su personal. La ubicación es buena y el aspecto de la entrada hace que te defraude un poco el interior de las habitaciones Si el hecho de que no funcionase la cisterna del inodoro y tener que sacarle la tapa dos veces para desengancharla. A simpatia dos funcionários. As janelas voltadas para um parque no 1ºandar, sem um cortinado opaco, retira a privacidade de quem ocupa o quarto, pois ou puxa os estores e fica sem luminosidade natural ou então fica sem qualquer privacidade. |
