Good level of comfort without unnecessary luxuries, well cleaned, friendly staff willing to give suggestions (revealed to be good suggestions) about the city (e.g. restaurants). |

Closed to the city center. Improve the insulation of the rooms with double glass and other measures, specially on the north side, because the temperature inside the room after 4 hours of heating was very low. Next night I asked to change to another room. |

The courteousness of the staff. The fact that none of the lounges were open during the day so you couldn't even get a cup of coffee between breakfast and 5pm, given that the weather was poor during our stay a hot drink would have been more than welcome at times. |

Rooms were clean and the traditional feel of the hotel although it was a modern building The internet connection dire and the fact there was no powerpoint aroun the room desk area with the plug so far away I had to sit on my bed to use the computer. The TV channels were not tuned in properly and some were missing. The fact I was given two single beds when I was led to believe I would have a double for single occupancy. All in all a room termed executive did not have the facilities nec |

Good Value, treditional, and within walking distance of the city.Very clean and adequate.Dissapointed that there were few restaurants around this area and hot drinks could not be ordered or made in rooms or in the lounge of the hotel during the day. As Above there needs to be a cafe or hot drink facility. |

Very pleasant, helpful and friendly staff. Good size room and bathroom. Good standard of comfort in public areas. Very interesting and informative tiling in corridor to breakfast room. Breakfast room was shared with sister hotel, Jardim Afonso v, which led to overcrowding at busy times, with no tables vacant after collecting buffet. A busy road nearby was noisy at night and there was no internal access to the garage from the hotel. |

parking a car costs only 2 eur. Pretty far from the city centre, wouldn't recomend for travelers without a car. Hotel is pretty old, but rooms are clean. |

The room and all facilities are very good for price they ask. Especially the breakfast was very good (for example cakes and fruits). Room had even safe for storing money. 1) Breakfast is open only since 7:30. This is too late if you need to go somewhere early. 2) The televison in room had only two channels. 3) The staff in hotel is not very cheerful. They do what is needed, but they reduce the communication to necessary minimum. 4) Some chaos. They had a lot of difficulties to find the key from the safe in my room. |

To be so close to the center but on a quite street. The lady of the reception was friendly to customers but very unfriendly to a colleague, which caused on me a bad impression, and lack of professionalism. |

XX.
