it was clean and tidy, quite smart, breakfast was ok. a central location i got the impression and thought that the hotel was a holiday hotel,however there were no trips out. tourist information was limited, spoken English was very limited, the restaurant was a disappointment. and was only open on request sun/mon evening |

Good level of comfort without unnecessary luxuries, well cleaned, friendly staff willing to give suggestions (revealed to be good suggestions) about the city (e.g. restaurants). |

Worst hotel I have stayed in the last couple of years, everything very old, a TV with 10 years, broken furniture, was closed at night had to call the hotel to wake up someone to open the door. |

Closed to the city center. Improve the insulation of the rooms with double glass and other measures, specially on the north side, because the temperature inside the room after 4 hours of heating was very low. Next night I asked to change to another room. |

The courteousness of the staff. The fact that none of the lounges were open during the day so you couldn't even get a cup of coffee between breakfast and 5pm, given that the weather was poor during our stay a hot drink would have been more than welcome at times. |

Rooms were clean and the traditional feel of the hotel although it was a modern building The internet connection dire and the fact there was no powerpoint aroun the room desk area with the plug so far away I had to sit on my bed to use the computer. The TV channels were not tuned in properly and some were missing. The fact I was given two single beds when I was led to believe I would have a double for single occupancy. A simpatia dos funcionários. As janelas voltadas para um parque no 1ºandar, sem um cortinado opaco, retira a privacidade de quem ocupa o quarto, pois ou puxa os estores e fica sem luminosidade natural ou então fica sem qualquer privacidade. |

O que mais apreciei, foi sem duvida, a limpeza do quarto e tambem o sossego. Achei o pequeno almoço muito "pobre" para o valor cobrado. Alias, achei o valor cobrado por noite excessivo para o serviço prestado. |

O hotel é tranquilo e tem ambiente próprio para levarmos a família. Os funcionário da recepção são educados e fomos tratados com muita cordialidade. Contudo, quando estávamos tomando café da manhã, uma funciónaria do hotel estava brigando com os funcionários da cozinha e isso foi meio desagradável, pois ouviamos tudo do restaurante. O dono do hotel deve considerar a possibilidade em troca a decoração da recepção e dos salões, pois tem aparência e cheiro de velhas. |
