Location, friendliness (although i think one of the staff members was having a bad day :). The views are excellent and although i did not use the pool, i suspect it is quite pleasant. The restaurant is also very good. |

Situated across from the town and in the foothills of beautiful mountains. Peaceful and quiet. Very friendly staff and excellent food. All at a very reasonable price. On site parking and free. No safe in the room, bathrooms need updating |

Friendly,family run facility, good location close to beautiful hiking in the Serra do Estrella, great dinners and breakfasts in on-site restaurant with lovely view of town/mountains. Convenient to have internet access on-site. Hosts were very helpful with info about local hiking trails and places of interest. Lovely swimming pool! |

Relacion calidad precio muy buena, pagamos por dos adultos 45€ con el desayuno incluido. La cena no estaba muy buena y el recepcionista al principio parecia no tener mucho aprecio por los espanholes. |

We vonden het een zeer fijn familiaal hotel met een uitstekende bediening. De eigenaar had zeer veel gevoel voor humor wat we zeer tof vonden. Een prachtig uitzicht vanop het mooie, grote terras op de kamer! Eigenlijk was zo goed als alles perfect. De eigenaars waren ook perfect Franstalig wat niet evident is in Portugal. Geen echte bar aanwezig. Er kon wel iets gedronken worden op het terras of in de zeteltjes in het restaurant maar een echte bar zou interessanter zijn. Heel negatief vond ik, dat je in het huidige internet tijdperk nog 1 euro moet betalen om 20 min. gebruik te maken van internet. Dat zou gratis moeten zijn. De kamers zijn ook vrij klein. |

L'accueil en langue Française. La disponibilté du personnel. Sans avoir a le demander la personne présente s'est proposée de rechercher, via internet, la météo pour les jours suivants. Le petit déjeuner un peu impersonnel. |

A localização é óptima, a zona é lindíssima, e fomos muito bem atendidos. A maior surpresa que tivemos foi o restaurante. A comida é excelente, ficámos completamente rendidos, como se o cenário da serra e a simpatia das pessoas não tivesse já chegado! Tendo em conta que só passámos uma noite, e que a nossa experiência foi extremamente positiva, não temos nada a assinalar.. |
