Quiet rooms and helpful and attentive staff- free internet access. An overpriced Hotel- the rooms are really small and not very comfortable. The room rate for what you got was on the very hogh side. We use a real 4-star hotel in Porto for half this price. |

Comfort, staff attention & friendliness, environment - it was all really really good - the best hotel I've stayed in. No - just a tinsy winsy minor irritation that my salad at dinner was a bit boring!!! |

Excellent location, building with own old style outside and very modern inside, nice and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, very friendly people, very good restaurant, very good price, pretty close from the railway station, really highly recommended! Small invonvenience for people travelling by car caused by very central location (100 m to underground parking) but considering all positive features I would not worry about it so much. |

I absolutely loved this hotel. It is one of the most relaxing, pleasant stays that I've experienced in Europe. In fact I enjoyed it so much that I extended my time there. The location is central for visiting Braga, but also quiet at night. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The restaurant has fantastic food (absolutely the best I had in Portugal) and the service was attentive and pleasant. The hotel staff were professional, efficient, and kind. Special thanks to Marlene who gave me some good recommendations. Thanks also to Antonio and Hana who made me feel so welcome that it was more as if I was staying in their home rather than a hotel. I will definitely return and highly recommend Bracara Augusta. |
