Rooms were very nice for the cost, large, clean and comfortable. A bit hard to find even with help from a couple locals. |

The location of the village is wonderful: 360 degree view from the Castle which is 5 min far away from the hotel. The view from the hotel room was also magnificent. The room was clean and cosy. The air heater was almost noiseless, so we could leave it on overnights. Free wireless internet with pretty good speed was a pleasant surprise. |

The situation and landsacape of the place was fantastic. The panorama from the hill and village itseself was remarkable. The hotel was clean and homelike, only some travelles in february. Good place to take easy and rest before / after bigger cities. The view from inside of the room was poor, but is was even better to go out. No minibar or tv-screen. Everything was fine, but after dinner in almost-empty hotel restaurant one of our group get ill with her stomach. We think it was the fish from waiters list. |

The room was good and had superb views over surrounding countryside. The hotel's home-made jam at breakfast was excellent and an unexpected plus. |

personel was very helpful, the hotel is in a very nice ancient town. Free wifi, parking near hotel and close to town entrance once activated (with card) the electricity system makes a loud humming noise, but no lights needed while asleep. |

The lady at the reception gave us a nice room with a balcony and I made some pictures with increadable views over the Castello. It was cold in the room, heating system didn't work well. |

Hotel Sol e Serra with 82 rooms is in privileged location by being in the centre of a beautiful and ancient town, that is Castelo de Vide, and very close to Spain. |
This residence is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Castelo de Vide, in front of the garden and just 200 metres from the city centre The historical zone is 500 metres away, and there you... |
Offering superb panoramic views over the São Mamede mountain range, this hotel is excellently located in the historical village of Castelo de Vide. |
A recently renovated hotel with traditional architecture, near the medieval town of Marvão. |
