The room was in excellent condition, comfortable and roomy. There was easy free parking next to the hotel. Managed to park my car and motorbike trailer. Good free wifi in lobby. Pleasant staff. |

the hotel staff were most helpfull being a family run hotel you need to have a Marina view room otherwise you face the bus station.being able to walk into Lagos . They only do breakfast which was very good in a small dining area.This Hotel is on the main road facing the Marina could be noisy in the peak times of the year.,but very convientant for restaurants and shops |

The friendliness and helpfullness of the staff and comfort and position of the marina view rooms. Also the hotel is situated in an ideal position in Lagos. The bus and coach station is next door, the train station is just over the bridge and is within easy walking distance of the old town. |

We have stayed at the Marina Rio on several occasions; this being the second time in the last 6 months; and the experience never disappoints. Everything about the hotel is ideal for our needs and we will return next year hopefully. |

The hotel was very clean and well appointed. The location was excellent and very convenient to transportation. The price was very reasonable and included a very nice breakfast. There was nothing we didn't like. |

We thourougly enjoyed our stay @ the hotel, very friendy familily run hotel. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choices. We meet people who have been going since the hotel opened around 19years ago. So I think that speaks volumes. |

Superbly located, directly facing the marina, minutes from the train station and in front of the bus station. Room was spotless and rooftop pool and sunbeds etc were a bonus. Breakfast was ok. Free internet facilities provided including printer. Got a good rate and as expected the room overlooked the bus office at the rear of hotel but didn't experience any undue noise. Made a few attempts to lock the room safe provided before surrendering. Later, on reading the hotel information discovered there was a charge for the safe. Not really a problem though as the hotel felt very safe, and there was always staff on duty at reception. |

The room was modern and had a balcony with a good view of the marina. The free internet was great. There was a nice selection for breakfast. The noise from the road outside was very noticeable and shutting the balcony door did not block it out. The room was also quite small. The bar area was tiny was nobody used it therefore the hotel was lacking atmosphere. |

We paid extra for a Marina view and it was well worth it, the room had a balcony which was great for watching the world - and boats - go by. Tea and coffee making facilities were not topped up with tea, milk or coffee after the first day - it takes a couple of days to notice that is not happening and is a bit annoying. |

The location was ideal to give access to the beaches, marina and town. All within walking distance and centrally located. Rooms at the front of the hotel had balconies with great views over the marina. Unfortunately our room was at the back of the hotel looking straight onto a busy bus station. A couple of nights we had the added bonus of people sleeping rough below our balcony .. not quite like the brochure!! Very disappointing in that respect and took away from our stay at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel but only with a guaranteed marina view |

An excellent choice for a short break. Proximity to facilities excellent. Walking distance of everything the family needed. Although no dining facilities, the continental breakfast was very pleasing to the eye and to the palate. We could not fault it. A lovely hotel for our purposes. |

well appointed, clean and whilst not overly luxurious, it was very elegant. loved the views from the front, shame it was right over the bus station at the back (would request a front room next visit). But it was quiet and peaceful. The staff were always helpful and polite. no, nothign at all - loved it. Perhaps 1 small thing, a tiny bar on the roof terrace could have been good. |

A very clean and tidy hotel with a small but nice pool area with lovely views across the Marina on one side and an interesting view of a coach station on the other! The staff were a little stand offish and the breakfast wasn't the best! Also the back of the hotel is a coach station so if you don't have a seaview it's not worth the price. |
