Living in a real Midle Age fortess is something one could only dream about

Staff, hotel itself, hairdryer in room, lovely sitting room, great location.

Bed was as hard as a board. Real shame because other thank this we loved it there.

Hotel is on the main street. We left the car outsite the walls on the parking because streets are really narrow. Room was a bit old and need refreshing. It was dark inside. After 7pm everything in Obidos was closed and there was nothing to do.

It was nice and cousy, decorated tastefully and clean.

Maybe the reception people were not the most cheerful.

The hotel location in Obidos is very good.

The hotel is about 30 years old. Some of it facilities, namely bathroom, need to be upgraded.

The staff could not have been nicer. Had requested a room with balcony. When we arrived were told balcony room was very small for 3 and would we like to see larger room. We switched rooms to larger one. Most hotels would not have taken the time to do this.

It's location. They were decent enough to also wait up for us as I called ahead to say we will be late as we got lost on the way there.

The Visa machine wasn't working so I had to use the cash to pay which I didn't want to do and we brought very little cash. They should have an internet payment option or a manual card detail taking if the VISA machine is off line. We also had a huge cockroach in our room when we opened the door and the staff member that night did try and search the room but it was too quick for us. They did offer to move us to another room but as we arrived so late and my 9 month was already in the cot I opted not to.

Location is first. Main street in the middle of the town, inside the city walls. We used a triple room. It was nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included, as a buffet, with some fruits, breads, and hot dishes. We only stayed one night, and probably it was enough for the size of the town.

The location was in the middle of Obidos and we had a beautiful view to the countryside surrounding Obidos. The receptionist was very helpful when we had questions. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food. The rooms were comfortable and we had plenty of space.

The location inside the city walls was very fun. It was a unique and interesting experience to stay in this lovely town.

Ne prends pas la carte bancaire alors que c'est écrit, mais comme plusieurs autres hôtels.

El desayuno estupendo y la atención personal. La situación fenomenal.

Muebles demasiado rústicos y algunos algo rotos: el lavabo (por ejemplo). La ropa de cama pasada de moda de hace muchos años.

Localização excelente para visita à vila.

Quarto familiar "bafiento" (pouco uso?) e a precisar de remodelação. Impossibilidade de pagar por MB/CC.

Sehr zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstück.
