Friendly & helpful staff, excellent location, clean & quiet room + nice portuguese deco, good breakfast except coffee (strange taste), good value for money Toilet flush didn't work terribly well & TV was very small and perhaps too high up, but nothing major. |

Location is excellent (close to metro stop with direct line to airport). Staff is very friendly. Nice breakfast (except for the coffee which seemed perfumed, and tinned peaches): lovely fresh bread rolls and croissants, fresh fruit. Room was very clean. I missed a mini bar or fridge in the room. |

One example, on leaving my room to check out the cleaner was in the hall outside, she took my bag, called the lift and waited with me while it arrived. This was all done with no fuss and a feeling of personal warmth |

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, traditional portuguese design of the rooms, breakfast is ok. Transport:Porto hop-on/ hop-off bus stop is right in front of the hotel/ 5 minutes walk from metro station. No parking space near the hotel - we used the underground parking in the shopping center nearby - 5 minutes walk from the hotel. |

Helpful staff (also allowed us to leave our bags at hotel after we checked out and pick them up later in the day), 10 minute walk from the metro station 'Casa da Musica', 25 minute walk from town centre, comfy beds, shop just beside hotel containing all the essentials plus lovely cakes and pastries, breakfast ok (coissant, ham, cheese, bread rolls, corn flakes, yoghurt and fruit) |

The hotel was well located for a tourist, along bus lines, near Casa da Musica, near the metro stop, shopping center and restaurants. The staff was outstanding. |

I first stayed here some 8 years ago after a gap of around 4 years some of the staff have changed but the attitude has not. It feels as if your stay is important to them, not because you are a guest, but because that's the way they are. Excellent. |

一応４星のランクになっていたが、実際はそのレベルのホテルとは感じられなかった。朝食も最低なレベル。このホテルを選択したのは、ホテルのPRがcost performanceと有ったので選んだが期待はずれ。 部屋の電話で国際電話が出来ず、わざわざレセプッション迄行って電話しなければならなかった。電話システムに問題が有るのでは？ |

la amabilidad del personal (nos recibieron a las 6 de la mañana y nos entregaron las habitaciones sin problemas y sin aviso previo). El desayuno muy bueno y la limpieza. Todo nos pareció estupendo |

Não gostei do hotel, que pode, no máximo, ser classificado como de tres estrelas, ou mais corretamente de duas e meia estrelas. Para descer as malas, o táxi teve que parar quase na entrada de um estacionamento público, rejudicando o trânsito e podendo ser multado. Tanto o quarto como o banheiro são pequenos, não tendo lugar para se deixar as malas e o quarda roupas é pequeno. Melhorar o café da manhã (pequeno almoço, como dizem em Portugal) |

limpeza localização Dar algum requinte ao quarto, e para isso não é preciso muito dinheiro, basta algum gosto, por exemplo uma paredede outra côr ou uma parede em papel decorativo.... |
