Nice hotel almost budget category, very clean and comfortable, nice and helpful polite staff. The 1st floor lounge is very nice and one can relax there as well. Breakfast was rather basic but ok, more variation would be good, such as eggs, more cereals choices, diet jams and a better coffee, that was almost undrinkable, compared to the nice Portuguese real coffee. The wi- fi is very variable throughout the hotel and the signal appears and dissapears, not reliable. A Porto transport map and perhaps tickets availability at the desk (for the yellow bus) might be a good idea.

it was close to the shopping centre and the university and the metro. So location was good. Breakfast was okay, nothing too fancy but well cared for. the hotel staff were absolutely unfriendly. Not professional at all. Also, the room was noisy as the hotel is built above a passageway to the bus station. With earplugs you should be okay. I didnt feel very safe as the door locks were old and not very convincing.

When we arrived to the hotel, the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big with balconys. The continental breakfast was basic but good. For the price it was good.

Our room was close to the elevator. We had noised all night we slept with toilet paper in the ears and the room wasn't cheap at all!

It was a nice place to stay.. Good value for the money! Close to the tube station "Casa da Música" and also close to bus stops that run to the city center. A mall (shopping center) is 2 mins from the hotel, which allows people to have dinner up to 00h.

A localização é ótima, os funcionários são simpáticos, educados e prestativos. Além disso, há acesso gratuito à internet e o pequeno- almoço (café-da-manhã) é bem servido. Com certeza numa próxima vez irei me hospedar na Albergaria Residencial do Vice-Rei.

La apariencia externa es mala, pero al entrar, te sorprende la buena calidad de las instalaciones. Cómodo, y bastante cercano al casco antiguo. Buen desayuno buffet. No tiene parking propio, pero tienen un acuerdo con un garage vecino, por 6 € día.

A localização. Conforto do quarto. Excelente relação qualidade/preço Os quartos virados para a Rua principal são muito barulhentos. Já os quartos das traseiras sendo bastante mais sossegados são mto quentes o que na verdade não se revela um problema por existir ar condicionado.

El precio está bien. La zona es tranquila, cerca de centros comerciales y a pocos euros uno llega en taxi o bus al centro de oporto Mucha gente a la hora del desayuno. La habitación era muy pequeña

La persona que nos atendió en recepción es muy agradable procura dar todo tipo de información y es muy atento. La limpieza de las habitaciones y resto de estancias es muy buena. Está muy bien situado, suficientemente cerca del centro como para ir andando, suficientemente lejos como para no tener problemas ni de aparcamiento ni de ruidos. Tiene un centro comercial y la estación de autobuses al lado mismo. El desayuno, aunque sin mucha variedad, es suficiente. Por 50 € la noche para dos personas con el desayuno incluído es difícil encontrar nada negativo teniendo en cuenta la limpieza y el buen trato.
