Bardzo mily maly hotelik, z pieknym widokiem na Lizbone i Tag. Ladnie i komfortowo urzadzone pokoje,dobry serwis, mila i pomocna obsluga,spokoj.Blisko przystanek tramwaju 28,ktorym dojezdza sie do centrum. Jedyna rzecza, ktora mozna poprawic sa sniadania. W zasadzie wszystko jest serwowane, ale wybor jest dosc skromny. Wynika to pewnie z lokalnych przyzwyczajen.Nie znaczy to jednak, ze sniadania sa niedobre. |

everything perfect, location perfect, rather large rooms,the single room as well, we booked three rooms! the friendly staff was willing to help us, so good service the bar and the terrace were closed during daytime |

The view from our room was absolutely spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful with information about Lisbon. It is a bit confusing to reach the city center from the hotel since it is situated on top of one of the hills (hence, the view)...be sure to ask the hotel staff for directions before setting out. |

The fabulous view from our very comfortable room; the very tasty and varied of foods for our breakfast - and the room was at the very top of the hotel -incredible view, again, of the city. Plus the people at the front desk were so very friendly and accommodating. |

reception and staff very friendly, clean rooms, very beautiful view. I was satisfied about the hotel (not about the breakfast-time, see below) Breakfast service: in the information is said, the the brakfast beginns at 7.30. I took the breakfast 22.,23.and 24.At 7.30 the breakfast was NOT READY.The staff began to PREPARE the breakfast in the restaurant after 7.30,so every morning there was a serious delay.A participated at a congress beginning at 8.30,so every morning I was in hurry because of the late breakfast.I find this unacceptible. |

The view! The view from the upper bar is fantastic! The best place to stay in Lisbon if you want to seize the city visually. The room was really big. Although it is not in the very center, everything is at a convienient distance. Try to ask for the rooms with a view to the city. The staff is helpfull and very experienced. No wonder that most of the clients return there if visiting Lisbon. |

Perfect, professional receptionists. Helpful, knew everything, found us water, maps, hairdryer etc. The view is to die for, a huge plus point over all other hotels. Breakfast was well presented, catering for all tastes, again the views were excellent. No, I liked it all, but a small fridge would have been a bonus |
