Ideally positioned above Albufeira’s Old Town, part of a brand new private holiday complex, these two-storey town houses boasts magnificent sea views.

Set only a short walk from Fisherman’s beach, Albufeira Mar Vilas is the perfect base for a car- and hassle free holiday. Relax in the open plan lounge area or soak up the sun on your spacious terrace. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped, enabling you to prepare your own meals as you wish.

Start your day with a refreshing swim in the pool or take a stroll through the city. Each of the houses is spread over two levels, with every bedroom on the upper floor featuring its own balcony. Completed in early 2008, guests have the privilege of enjoying high quality facilities for excellent rates.

Each town house consists of 2 levels, with an open plan lounge and dining area with an American-style kitchen downstairs, as well as a shower room and bedroom with single beds. The first floor includes one master double room with en suite facilities, a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. All houses are fully air conditioned and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings.

Area information

With supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops only a stone’s throw away, Albufeira Mar Vilas is a great location for guests seeking to explore the city in comfort. Visit Albufeira Old Town, with its tiny white-washed houses and narrow cobbled streets, or experience the lively and cosmopolitan atmosphere of Oura Beach. Montechoro, Praia Da Oura and the Old Town are great night-life destinations. The famous Zoomarine theme park is approximately 15 minutes from the town houses and a must-see for families. Water sports can be enjoyed at the many nearby beaches.

Empreendimento novo, bem equipado e localizado numa zona muito sossegada, próxima da praia e da animação nocturna (Albufeira velha). New complex, well equiped and located in a very quiet residencial area, very near the beach and night life (Old town)

Só pudemos fazer o check-in às 17h00 - a limpeza à casa só teve início por volta das 15h30 (mesmo após contacto telefónico 2 dias antes da chegada a avisar que chegaríamos às 14h00, hora p/a início do check-in!!!); ñ há renovação de papel higiénico;limpeza mto superficial;estacionamento no exterior c/ más condições, qdo há espaço interior;incrível falta de profissionalismo das pessoas responsáveis
