Cisza. Bardzo duży pokój. Wyposażenie - wewnątrz mamy wrażenie, że cofnęliśmy się w czasie: wszystko jest stylowe, takie jak powinno być w pałacyku. Świetny basen w ogrodzie. Dojazd podany nieprecyzyjnie: trzeba skręcić dopiero na *drugich* światłach.W niektórych kontaktach nie było prądu. Parking niewygodny - wjazd na niego bardzo ostry. |

Luso is a quiet town with a spa and next to the Bucaco forest. It is also a good location for an easy day trip to Coimbra. The Alegre is in a well maintained old building with charm and character. Our room was small but pleasent. The breakfast and staff were excellent. We enjoyed the Alegre as much any place we stayed during our 12 day trip to Portugal including places much more expensive. A very good value. |

This hotel is fantastic. It is full of olde world charm and is spotlessly clean. The staff were very polite and helpful at all times. Our room was very spacious (a triple) which had a double and a large single bed, we had a big bathroom with a small bath tub with shower over, an added bonus was a balcony with a view for miles. This is old fashioned romantic at its best. Free parking, small but adequate swimming pool set in a cosy garden area. Short walk to Laurencos restaurant which I highly recommend and the cake shop next door. If you are in the area you must stay here. Only drawback was no tea or coffee making facilities within the room, easily remedied by taking own travel kettle. |

The hotel was really nice, breakfast was fresh and tasty, cleaning was good. 5 minutes from Busaco forest. The staff of the hotel is very nice. Thanks for the good service and pleasant staying. |

super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, netter Garten an der charmanten Poolbar, Lusa ist ein reizvolles Städtchen mit Nostalgie-charme. Super Price for the good quality. Nice poolbar , familiar service, wondefrul country charme, LUSO is a nice village with history. Good parking situation. |

Beautiful rooms, great old-world atmosphere, very friendly & helpful staff. Lovely pool, garden & bar out the back. Excellent location - walking distance from the Palace & Forest of Bussaco and on the hill above the cute town of Luso. They charged €19 for one load of washing! |

Beautiful hotel with old-world charm. Brilliant location for walking to the Forest & Castle of Bussaco, day trips to Coimbra and exploring the cute village of Luso. Very helpful and friendly staff - the owner & his father run the reception. Great pool and garden out the back with a modern bar serving tea, coffee, cocktails and other drinks on the lawn. The laundry was very over-priced at €19 for one load and the wireless internet didn't work very well in our room. |

This hotel has turn of the century furnishings, and lovely gardens. The breakfast and staff were great. The room was spacious and clean. A bigger night table would be nice. Other than that, everything was fine. |

Very nice family-run hotel in mid. 19th sentury villa. "Old" room and furniture, cosy common room with fire-place, Nice backyard with pool, very good restaurant just 5min walk from the hotel. We felt like in granny's house. Free private parking. Hotel is just great for the price we paid (45euro) and we liked even more than some pousadas. Smell of nafthaline follows you everywhere (but not in bed), somebody may not like it, but it reminded us our granny's house. |

This was a charming hotel in a very quaint little town near Coimbra, Portugal. The older gentleman who checked us in was so friendly, sweet and helpful. Breakfast was typical for Portugal - meat, cheese, cereal, breads. Overall, we had a great stay. |

Simpatia dos funcionários, história do edifício. Muito bem situado, de uma beleza fora do normal. Atenção às novas tecnologias. Já tem internet wireless incluída no preço. O pequeno-almoço não é mau, mas se tivesse um pouco mais de variedade não se perdia nada. |
