The service was very good and the staff was very friendly. They greeted us with smiles every single time. This place is very cosy, it gives a homey vibe. The room size is very reasonable. The location is brilliant when you want to be close to the old and new basilica.

Hotel Aleluia is a home away from home.Family managed and homely people always interacting with their guests.Few steps away from the Santuary.Rooms very comfortable and clean.Buffet dinner excellent, eat as much as you can with a variety of tasty meats ,fish,Vegetable, soup ,salad and Desert to top it up.Complimentary house wine with Antionio and Paulo coaxing you to have more.We stayed for two days and went to Lisbon only to return the next day to stay for two more days.will recommend Family and friends to stay here and will come back some day again. The breakfast is enough but could include fruits and some hot food.Coffee could be piping hot especially in winter. But the staff are willing to help always warming your not so hot cup of coffee.

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Hotel Aleluia is a very nice place to stay and is located just opposite the Shrine of Fatima. Its a family run hotel and they are lovely people. Hotel is clean and well kept. There was buffet dinner for 12 euros which includes juice, wine, soup, fish dishes, meat dishes, veggies, salad and desserts and was worth it. The owners give you personal attention. Breakfast was 3 euros and was good too. Free Wifi was available. If we travel again to Fatima, we would stay in hotel Aleluia, and i recomend this hotel to everyone. Everything was just right.

Too bad we only had 1 night to spend at the hotel but coming fronm Lourdes,France where we all did volunteer work at the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, it was a great place to rest after 1 week of volunteer work. Our purpose was to spend a little time with our lady of fatima and your location was excellent. The buffet was very good and we enjoyed the luncheon buffet. Antonio greet6ed us warmly and made sure we were settled and comfortable. He was a big help with the information he gave us. Nothing really .just wish we had nore time to enjoy your hotel.

Aleluia is a family run hotel of the highest calibre. The recent renovations/extensions have served to enhance an already excellent place to stay. The fact that the owners speak fluent English and are natives of the area is a great advantage as communication is not an issue and they can give you very good directions to places within Fatima and further afield. The ambience of the hotel owes much to the creative and artistic gifts of Luz which are complimented by the friendliness of her husband and the professional competence of their son Paul. The staff are equally competent and helpful. I must mention the quality, variety and abundance of the "Buffet". I enjoyed dining there each evening of my 4 day stay and if I had had the capacity to manage lunch on the same basis I would gladly have done so! All in all I think Aleluia should be a 5* establishment on the basis of what they have to offer. It is difficult to find anything to improve at Aleluia but if I was hard pressed I would mention that a different brand of orange juice might add to the quality of breakfast and for some perhaps a tv channel or two in English would be the icing on an excellent cake.

The hotel is very close to the sanctuary (just cross the street), the internet is free of charge (very good connection) and the staff is composed by very kind people. They have an excellent dinner that costs only 12 euros (eat as you want) and the breakfast costs 3 euros. It is simple, but it is enough. The breakfast is simple, but it is enough.

The staff, especially the owners, were very polite, and accommodating, and treated myself and my companion as though we were family. The food for both breakfast and the buffet dinner was excellent and generous. We were never at a loss for instructions for the area's activities though we are from a different continent, thanks to the owners consistent care for own well-being. We are most grateful and will recommend the hotel to anyone intending to visit Fatima. It was particularly helpful to us that the staff spoke English so well. There is nothing to say here for our stay in this marvelous establishment and are grateful for the wonderful treatment they gave us.

We were primarily looking for accommodation that provides a family room due to our young kids, but we got much more, we got a friendly family run excellent hotel. They immediately made you feel welcome and are very knowledgeable about Fatima and the surrounding area. They spoke English which is always a big plus in a foreign country and they provided a all round top service not just for with the accommodation but also in the meals they provide and the facilities for children. They had a friendly word for every person who came to them and they immediately set out to help you with whatever you want. This hotel is worth a visit time and time again, whenever we are back in Fatima we will go nowhere else but the Hotel Aleluia.

Beautiful place and very modern; owner-couple speak very good English. They also helped me plan day trips by bus from Fatima. Location is almost perfect: right across from the basilica grounds, closer to the new church than to the basilica. The hotel is a three/four-minute walk from the bus station - even with the current road work (2012). Turn right as you leave the bus station and walk. Hotels and shops will be on your left. Aleluia is the last hotel before the basilica grounds. Sound and temp insulation are a little lacking. The hotel heat must have been turned off already (April), but overnight temps were dropping into the 40s. An extra blanket in the closet helped. Lunch/dinner buffet (additional charge) is worth trying at least once. Everything was good. I would stay there again.
