E' uno di quegli alberghi che ti chiedi perche' mai lo abbiano costruito li fuori dal mondo , senza vista mare pur essendo a 100 metri dal mare lo abbiamo preso solo perche' l'unico disponibile servizio barca indispensabile per andare in spiaggia servizio bici per andare nel paesino vicino ,ma per tavira ci vuole l'auto il prezzo e' sproporzionatamente alto rispetto all'insieme dell' offerta ,ma il 14 agosto si prende di tutto , gli sono state regalate1/ 2 stelle in piu'

Great location,peaceful and quiet. Good clean spacious rooms, excellent value for money.

Nothing springs to mind. Would have liked a sun lounger on balcony and music in the gym to while away the time.

Quiet location overlooking river. Free secure parking (small charge peak season). Impressive central atrium with glass roof and comfortable seating, pool table and book exchange. Bright, clean and spacious air conditioned junior suite with well equipped kitchen, patio doors from both lounge and bedroom to full width terrace. The pool and gardens looked nice.

The furniture in the apartment, although modern, was basic. Seating was uncomfortable and although there was plenty of room for a coffee table, one was not supplied. The gym, whilst well equipped, was small and would be too cosy at busy times. For travellers without a car the resort is a long walk to shops and the lunch menu in the restaurant is very limited low season. Wi-fi connection mostly poor in the apartment, a little better in communal area.

It would be great if there was a shop near-by It is a very long walk to the supermarket and we could not carry water etc back. Surely one shop would cater for all the other hotels etc near by.

Quiet & relaxing atmosphere & within the beautiful Ria Formosa.

Too isolated for getting to other places & were no trips to see other parts of the area.

The apartment was bigger than we had expected and very comfortable. The staff was helpful, the surrounding area peaceful and pleasant. Good restaurant. Very nice swimming pool. All in all, very good value for money. Would recommend it.

Excellent hotel for what we paid. Perfect for a chilled out week relaxing.

Excellent location, comfortable and spacious room, beautiful breakfast and swimming pool area

Stayed in ground floor apartment with a spacious kitchen / living area, beds were comfy with extra pillows available. We got great sun late into the afternoon / early evening after a day by the pool or on the beach. Resort is really close to an excellent beach and the area is a nature reserve, very beautiful indeed. The resort is near enough to Tavira (taxi or car - 10minutes) but there are plently or bars and restaurants nearby (10minutes by foot). The staff at the reception desk were nice and friendly, helpful with local advice too.

It's more a family resort than one for couples, lots of kids in the pool so I went to the beach instead. My boyfriend has clothes stolen from our balcony on our last night which was frustrating, but in fairness this could happen anywhere.

Very basic for a 4 star. Water was cold a lot of the day. Poor Internet. Gym was a bit of a joke. Not very good value for money.

Close to frontier and easy to find. Definitely a quiet location which suited our purposes. Not for people who want to party!!! Could do with a bit more activity though closer to the resort. Staff were generally helpful in both reception and in the restaurant

Felt like the resort was at the end of a building site whether there was refurbishment or not I don't know.

We felt that the combination of being able to rent an apartment only but have the ability to access a pool, facilities and the restuarant if required was excellent. Good layout to the pool area and good outdoor facilities. Access to the river and coast via boats or walking. About a 20 minute walk to rail station.

If we were to be 'picky' the bed was very hard and could do with a slighly softer mattress.

Good value for money. A pleasant walk to the village for interesting restaurants.Perhaps walk is too long for elderly or young children.The restaurant in complex very good and well worth a visit all the staff very helpful. They will deliver to your room and meal can be enjoyed on the balcony.Room was clean and functional but not luxurious.A Bus stopped at entrance to Cabanas and this was good for visiting Travira. Ask for time table at reception.Train was a twenty minute walk away.Not a very frequent service but good value for money and on time.

A bit run down on walk to village but maybe that adds to its charm!

Location, pool area.

Restaurant Price - One regular ice cream cost more than double compared with street Price. This is not acceptable as We are talking about a summer hotel with children.

Most of the rooms have excellent views - we didn't get one of them !

Sa situation trompeuse, on n'est pas aubord de la mer, mais au bord d'une fin de lagune dépotoire. Ne convient pas aux personnes qui souhaite le bord de mer.
