Design of the hotel !big rooms quite area Nice staff !
Maybe to add more pillows They gave a separate beds for a couple wasn't comfortable but in general was fine
It is a good business standard Hotel. Good Comfort and Clean rooms, and an nice staff. It is just opposite the Red Line (Airport and Orient Stations), and one block from the Blue Line (Lisbon Center and Railway).
The location, the breakfast.
The size of the room: too small. No free wi-fi service.
close to metro close to rossio square modern & clean free wi-fi great location friendly staff
Very helpful and willing staff, very clean hotel.
great hotel, WiFi was included due to booking via booking.com! very nice staff! breakfast good with a lot of fresh fruites.
No view, just a courtyard with noisy air pipes - but for me no problem, although sleeping with opened window!maybe a problem for people that are sensitive to noise.
Nice room, metro station (São Sebastião) right outside.
Very very nice in various dimensions. If you catch discount you should try definitely.
Super quiet. Metro right out the front door.
Very nice and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Strategic location - walking distance from Sao Sebastio and Saldanha metro stations, and supermarkets. Good wireless internet connection.
Great value for money...
There is a metro station in front of the hotel. Staff are very polite and helpful. Free internet.
Room was quite small. The minibar was empty.
Reception staff were so friendly and super helpful!
good location, close to the bus stop, metro station, and a very big supermarket. The facilities is new and excellent. special welcome fruit. very good value of money.
I travel on a regular basis on buisness. I must say this Hotel stands out significantly compared to outhers at this price level. Best way from the airport is to take the metro, last Station of the red line, S. Sebastião is right outside the Hotel. Modern, new and very comfortable beds. WIFI works well.
good central location, close to metro station and El Corte Ingles shopping mall. very friendly staff and good service overall good quality bed and pillows
Breakfast is rather basic and poor. Even though it is not expensive (€7.50), for the same money you can get a high quality sandwich and coffee in the cafe next to the hotel no parking facilities at the hotel - however there is an underground parking 200 meters (cost €7 per 24 hours if pre-paid at parking automat) paid internet - €10 per day is just too much (though the speed is very good)
Lovely quiet location on a tree lined street. Very close to the metro so easy to get around Lisbon. Underground parking nearby works out about 15 Euro per 24 hours which is good value for a capital city. Modern rooms and bathrooms. Very nice breakfast in bright breakfast room.
Very slight observation, the hotel is owned by Arabs so the bar does not serve alcohol. Luckily, not too important an issue for us.
Fresh fruit in breakfast, near a metro station.
Noise in the rooms.
Staff were extremely helpful and always friendly
No kettle in room
A typical shiny modern city hotel. Well planned, clean, competent staff. It's conveniently located on a very pleasant leavy street with cafes and restaurants, right by a metro station. Good choice at breakfast.
No comfortable chair in my room.
Convenient. Handy location out of lisbon centre but right on metro station. Free wifi.
No kettle in the room. No view from the room. Small room. Breakfast not included(€7.50) but you can buy it cheaper and fresher at the little bar in front.
The staff gave me lots of tips about where to go and what to do in Lisbon.
Some other entertainment in the lounge might add to the excellent TV viewing which it already has.
I arrived the hotel after midnight. The taxi driver showed me a conversion table and demanded a fare of 25 euro. I asked to look at the meter and he said no. I thought it was after midnight and should use a flat rate. He gave me a receipt written in Portugese. I was so upset because I remember the web site said taxifare to hotel should not be >10 euro. However when I got into the hotel I felt happy again. The staff (night shift) introduced the room to me and said it was the best which at the corner and facing the street. He said he couldn't do anything because the receipt was fake. Instead he gave me free wi-fi throughout the stay and said it was because I booked the hotel via this hotel-line (could be he made it up to make me please again, it is not because of the extra I paid for the taxi but the driver was the first person I met and talked to at my first trip to Portugal). The room was so nice, clean and luxuary. There were excellent services at counter, breakfast room and room cleaning.
The location may not be popular, however, the metro entrance is across the street. The red line (to airport) most convienient. For the blue line (downtown or to Central Columbo the shopping mall or Benfica Stadium) you have to walk underground = several blocks on street. I tried the nearby restaurants, the best and most safe should be the caferia on the top floor of the Ingles (?) Department Store and supermarket (turn left and then left, 5-10 minute walk). Buy a two-day (or more) pass which is good for metro, trams and buses, much less expensive than a accumulation metro card. Purchase the pass from the time you arrive at the airport therefore you do not need the taxi trip.
Cleanliness Excellent and knowledgable staff Facilities Breakfast Room size & layout
Being a distance from the centre of the city. Poor bus routes
