Hotel staff were genuinely sincere in making sure all needs where met. They even provided their personal cell phones in case any needs arose. Location was great (check out the map location) for my interests in sightseeing and shopping, centrally located. Room had a very small, but nice balcony with 2 chairs and table. Lobby had plenty of tourist information and books to share. No kitchen or other services provided. It is an older hotel/building so not for those looking for high quality. Shared bathroom. 4th floor. No elevator. |

location too noisy, no comfort, is not possible to cancel booking next day if I have revealed non-acceptable living conditions and I would like to change hotel. |

No way to stay at that place it is old, bad maintained and dirty. The shared bathroom was not one time during the whole 6 days I have been there! better go for a nice place in bairo alto, but do not stay at baixa! dirty, too loud (you can here everything of the people in the other rooms, worst the doors are always beaten very loud too) |

An intime, small hotel, where we could feel safe. F.ex. when leaving our things to the room. Nice owners/workers. One bed for 2 women. |

The room was very small but there was a nice balcony. We thought that there would be a shower and a toilet in the room but there was'nt. |

The location is perfect for tourists. Staff is Friendly. Low Price. Noone disturbing you. Rooms are safe, neighbours are foreign tourists. No bugs. Beds are not making sounds ;) This hotel need at least small cosmetic repair and new furniture. No Elevator |

the central location, the quirky furniture & decoration and the building with 'personality' it's a little bit cramped, the lack of a lift was a bit tricky with heavy luggage, the strange smell in some areas (difficulties with plumbing?) |

the quaintness of the building and the balcony. The balcony was the best. Staff were nice. hot water pressure was bad in the shower in the room. |

prettig en vriendelijk personeel, kamers en sanitair erg schoon. keuken met waterkoker en koffie en thee en magnetron aanwezig, heel fijn. perfecte locatie. geen last van herrie op straat, leuke franse balkonnetjes aan de kamers. flink wat trappen met bagage lopen is geen pretje, maar personeel hielp ons de laatste trappen op met de koffers. |

Vennlig familiedrevet, gode senger, flott balkong ut til gågate gjorde oppholdet ekstra hyggelig. Tynne vegger og lytt mellom rommene, en del støy fra gaten med resturantene. |

L'emplacement central, dans l'un des meilleurs quartiers de la ville. Et surtout : le petit balcon donnant sur la rue, très sympa. La salle de bain commune. La douche (manque d'eau chaude ...) |

Sijainti erinomainen, henkilökunta ystävällinen, oma parveke kävelykadulle oli kiva bonus! Siisteydessä ei moittimista. Myös huoneen suihkukoppi oli ylläri, kun oletin että kylppärit on vain käytävällä ja yhteiskäytössä. Kapuaminen viidenteen kerrokseen käy urheilusta. |
