Roominess of the room, which above par State of maintenance, by the look of it the hotel was still running it's original 80's design. Carpets were certainly not new, and quite stained. Same went for fixtures, paneling, and so forth. Hotel is on a thoroughfair with lot's of busses passing by. We were on the 4th floor, which was not altogether sound proof.

Their flexibility to change the room for non-smoking, and the garage next door. 1St room we got was smoking room, that you notice at once. In that room we would not manage to sleep...

Rather good but very old hotel. Needs refurbishment. Parking next door from hotel - good for car travellers. Parking cheap - 4 euro. Breakfast was good. Place is down from oldtown - 5 min. walk to it. Staff is ok, recommended to visit the evening of fado singing. It was very charming and unforgettable. Visit fado there (in a former small church in the old town, ask on reception), it is not like in Lisbon. When I booked up a hotel, I asked for a double room with a double bed. But the thing is that all the doubles in this hotel are very small. Our room was also very smelly with some organical smell from the toilet, so we changed it to twin room, which was very large (may be it was tripple), much better. So don't ask for doubles, ask twins.

Quite central location (busy road, but noise not heard in the inside), normal service (breakfast and reception ok, not fancy). Good approach with price/quality. Parking on the next door, payment of 6 euros per day.

This hotel located in the city center and is easily reachable by walking. Staff in the hotel is very helpful. Breakfast was very scarce, not the buffet as was stated but rather continental breakfast. Room was but, nice, and clean. The entire hotel is old building but pleasant to stay.

Relatively good location. Nice breakfast. You can get parking right in a garage next door. This is not a hotel for leisure, but a ok for spending night if you travel. However, being so plain and simple, also not very new, it should reduce its price a bit (I paid 48eur/room+6eur for parking).

Very good location, all intersting places in walking distance, as well as train station. Big room with balcony. Helpfull and nice staff. Good breakfast. The best value for its money in Coimbra.

The hotel is very well situated, near the downtown of Coimbra, just 10 minutes away walking. There is no parking, but it's quite easy to park in the sourroundings for free. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of cereal, bread, fruit, turkey breast and other low fat products. Wifi worked fine and there were no fees for it.
