I enjoyed the breakfast. I really would like to expose my concern to the way I was treated by the staff. I am Black and my husband is Caucasian, I was treated very badly by the staff, with looks and being ignored by my requests. It was the most embarrassing situation in my life. As I entered the hotel, the staff treated me as if I was escorting my husband. As for the hotel, their ventilation system has a noisy machine behind the building, when I asked about it, the staff was rude and suggested that I should keep my window closed all the time. The neighborhood is a bit "strange", streets are dirty, but this might be a Lisbon problem more than the hotel. We had a back room, horrible view, unpleasant! I could hear the conversation from the room beside ours at all time |

Very well located, just few meters from a metro station.Rooms very clean and cosy. Some hotel staff missing language skills and not willing to help. We were serviced by a receptionist that did not speak English. |

The breakfast was O/K . The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. with a shower only, without a proper closure. Every shower was a pool of water. No hangers in the bathroom to hang your clothing and towels. |

Easy to walk to the main locations. Good gym, sufficient breakfast. Need to walk through a very sketchy area of town (in evenings) to get to the main squares. Staff didn't give full explanations about transit or warnings about above, even when we were asking about restaurants there in the evening with our preschoolers. Room was cramped with an extra cot. |

The hotel canceled my reservation without informing me about it. When I arrived at the hotel at 10 P.M. I have met rude, unwilling to help and solve the problem staff. This was a horrible experience. It was a business trip and my company will probably get a consequences from this situation. It was completly UNACCEPLABLEand unprofessional service. |

The room smelt of smoke, even though we specified non-smoking. The breakfast was ok but did not have much in the way of hot food, only scrambled eggs (which looked yuk) and small tiny sausages so didn’t try either. Directions to the hotel were difficult to understand. The district we found ourselves in was not very nice. Wouldn’t stay there again. |

Reception was bright and modern, staff were friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, easy to park outside in the road, close to airport for colleague to get airport shuttle. Paid 50 euros - bargain. Would have been upset if I's paid over 80 (regular rate is 130) Bar was not open, felt a little dead |
