Easy to walk to the main locations. Good gym, sufficient breakfast. Need to walk through a very sketchy area of town (in evenings) to get to the main squares. Staff didn't give full explanations about transit or warnings about above, even when we were asking about restaurants there in the evening with our preschoolers. Room was cramped with an extra cot. |

The hotel canceled my reservation without informing me about it. When I arrived at the hotel at 10 P.M. I have met rude, unwilling to help and solve the problem staff. This was a horrible experience. It was a business trip and my company will probably get a consequences from this situation. It was completly UNACCEPLABLEand unprofessional service. |

The room smelt of smoke, even though we specified non-smoking. The breakfast was ok but did not have much in the way of hot food, only scrambled eggs (which looked yuk) and small tiny sausages so didn’t try either. Directions to the hotel were difficult to understand. The district we found ourselves in was not very nice. Wouldn’t stay there again. |

Reception was bright and modern, staff were friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, easy to park outside in the road, close to airport for colleague to get airport shuttle. Paid 50 euros - bargain. Would have been upset if I's paid over 80 (regular rate is 130) Bar was not open, felt a little dead |

To start with, when we arrived there was no body at the reception. we had to wait for up to 7 mins for someone to come to the desk. The dinning hall is located right beside the reception anybody checking in or out of the hotel will have to see you dine. The breakfast is very poor. For the first time since i started travelling, my card was card was charged twice. Cash payments is strongly advised. |

Close to airport and city centre Advertised Airport Shuttle, however we needed a ride in the morning and it only operated after 16:00hrs, however the taxi is cheaper to take. |

Very clean and comfortable. Very conveniently placed for the airport and city centre. The breakfast was OK, but the coffee was dire. We really missed having a decent cup of coffee in the morning. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well laid out and clean. That I did not hear about the gym until the day I left. That the fire doors to the fire exit staircase were wedged open all the time on three floors. I was on the top floor. If there had been a fire I would have been in a difficult position. There was also a bed partly blocking the staircase. For this reason I could not recommend it. The bar was hot during the day even though outdoors was fine |
