Friendly staff Very clean rooms Close to points of interest
We have been to this hotel several times and have always enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you enjoy your holiday. The location is great for the train and bus stations and their are several great local restaurants nearby. A great hotel for the money!
Good situation for Going un the center.
The noise of the planes: quiet only betwin 1h et 5h50 am!!! And we heard neibours in their beds or in the shower. The breakfast is not vert good: false orange juce, false coffee...
Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and quiet room. Cleanliness, value for money. Breakfast very good
I love the cleanliness of the hotel. It was fantastic, still coming over. Thank you all very much.
Very good location and very, very friendly and helpful staff.Me and my friends are very grateful to the owner and staff for big help of the solution to the our problem. Thanks a lot.
Very friendly, helpful, clean, easy walking distant to old town. Excellent value lovely breakfast, 5 minutes from airport
Good location, especially if you travel by train next morning. Breakfast was continental but good enough.Reception open 24h so you don't get charge for late check in like in other similar price range Guest Houses.
Small rooms and bathroom, old equipment in the rooms. Fee for using the internet in rooms.
Wonderful staff at reception--very welcoming and very professional.
Mattress was too soft I had to flip it then it was ok
Friendly hotel in friendly Faro. It is ideal for a city break. It is clean and safe with a couple of nice cheap restaurants nearby.
It was a bit out of the way from the centre but taxis are cheap. Once you got used to the surroundings you actually realise the beach bus stops near here. The computer was dinosauresque.
Helpful staff Comfortable bed Clean hotel throughout Breakfast was surprisingly good, seen as we paid only 50p extra each for it!
Some might not like the location, but it was only 10min from old town and 5min to railway station on foot.
Top floor, size of room and balcony
Bar...not a lot of choice
The hotel is located amongst residencial homes so it is in a very quiet location which was great. We could sleep with the window open and no noise could be heard from the street. The hotel itself was very quiet. Spent 6nights here and not a sound from any rooms nearby. The continental breakfast provided with the stay was sensational! Plenty on offer and lots of options. Rooms were comfortable and clean, hotel staff was excellent and hotel was perfect distance from centre, airport and local bus stops.
There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel. I would recommend it to everyone!
Staff was excellent; friendly and helpful. Location was good; only a short walk to old town which is pretty but can be experienced in a day. There is a lovely cafe with baked goods, coffee and ice cream right beside hotel. The bar in the hotel was open late. Wifi reception was very good all over hotel. 7th floor deck was wonderful oasis.
The area is run down with graffiti everywhere. Not welcoming at all, luckily inky short walk to old town. Not sure what happened to Faro but it's very run down and sad and quite ugly.
good location, parking, friendly staff
be aware that the noise from the airport can be heard actually anywhere in the city (also at night)
location. clean, friendly staff, good price. just a 10 to 15 walk downtown and buses. the pastalaria next door. great natas !!! good breakfast
On our arrival there was a spare car park space just outside the hotel, we were very lucky. I would advise you call ahead of your arrival and ask the staff to save you a place if possible as it could be tricky finding one. If I can give any advice to the hotel it would be to invest a little in promoting Faro's tourism spots a little better, possibly with a map and an introduction to the main spots to try and visit. Just a small improvement on an amazing value for money hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff.
You have free Wifi just in the reception, you have to pay £5 per day to have it in your room.
Amazing room with a deck and view to watch the sunset over the coast. Definitely worth spending slightly extra for that! Free parking out front. Nice and handy to the old town, maybe 5-10 mins walk!
I had a comfortable room with a balcony and views over the city and Ria Formosa. There was a fridge in the room and a good size TV with a good selection of channels. The bathroom was also spacious. About a 10 minute walk to the Marina, Old Town, shops and lots of restaurants. However, there were some good local restaurants/cafes nearer to the hotel.
Nothing really, but I would have liked a kettle in the room. The breakfast was standard, but was in line with other hotels with 2 stars.
City location, price, staff
Small lift :)
Good location close to the centre of Faro.
Good location, within 10-15 minutes walk from the centre. Helpful staff, were able to give us direction as well as any other information we needed. Bus & boat schedule to the beach (Praya de Faro/Ilha de Faro). They can also book cruises. Clean rooms, furniture a bit old fashioned, towels are replaced everyday. Our room was on the seventh floor and we had access to the terrace. Bakery & coffee shop right next door. Small market 3 minutes away (the basics). Bus station 3-5 minutes away.
Free Wi-fi available only in the reception area. The breakfast was very poor; it will suffice if your stay isn't longer than 2 days. The free coffee is instant-coffee. However, you can purchase espresso capsules for 0,50 Eur.
Very basic and quiet old fashioned !
Hotel was very very clean and staff very helpful - definitely wud recommend
