accommodation was ok.

Staff were superb and the price was amazingly cheap.

Having knowledgable staff on the front desk (who spoke good English) was very helpful. It was only a short walk to Faro attractions and the bus and rail terminals. Great for the price.

The lifts felt a little bit scary, but were completely safe.

Spotlessly clean with very friendly and obliging staff who recommended a couple of excellent restaraunts 2 to 3 minutes walk from hotel.

The hotel was pleasant enough for the price paid. It included a buffet breakfast and the staff was helpful and attentive. We only stayed 1 night however for a longer stay we would expect a higher standard. Town centre can be reached within 15 minutes on foot and there is a big shopping centre in the opposite direction.

Bathroom needs refreshing, air-con was making noises during the night even when switched off

Fantastic views from room with balcony

We had a one night/day stopover in Faro and thoroughly enjoyed our hotel stay with friendly helpful staff and a clean comfortable room. The old town was a wonderful spot for Lunch in the Sun and was only a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Although the local city area was peaceful and felt absolutly safe there were a good few signs of an area lacking repair and investment.

Good value for money, friendly staff and only ten minute walk to town centre.

Internet in reception, close to center of Faro and close to restaurants. Free carparking outside the door of the hotel. Good breakfast selection in the morning. Very helpful staff gave plenty of tips.

Beds and pillows were fairly uncomfortable. Musty smell from the room.

The breakfast is good, with various choices, compared to other hotels in Faro.

No internet in the house, (€ 5 per night), and bad internet in the bar. The staff is nice, but not that helpful. The room is a little bit wet and feel cold during the night.

Receptionist Elvelino very friendly and professional.

The pillows and beds was a little bit hard for our taste. And only white bread for breakfast and no fruit or vegetables at all.

Cool and friendly, well situated in Lagos, not very far from the city center (Bus terminal and railway station)

Clean and tidy with professional staff and a good breakfast all for an outstanding price. A 10 minute walk to the old town. The excellent restaurant Chef Branco just round the corner.

The breakfast was terrible! Imitation orange juice (with a bad chemical taste) in an area where the oranges are € 0,20 per kg. "Coffee" that lookes like it, but without taste, even the tea was tasteless. No fresh fruits, etc. When we had to leave before breakfast time, no provisioning could be made for a provisory breakfast, although we had paid for breakfast, and had requested it in advance. Our impression was that the owner of this hotel stays far away and is only interested in the money. We have seen much better two-star hotels in Portugal for lower prices.

We stayed in room 702 which has a very nice terrace with a wonderful view. Quiet place.

A comfortable smart little hotel within walking distance of the town center.Next time would pay the extra for the top floor balcony room.

Everything was perfect ,kind , ready to help you, the personeel were very kind.The hotel is easy to arrive from the airport,parking, near centrum, restaurants ,port,rio formosa and very clean. 10 /10
