Extremely friendly staff, a real design hotel, top spa, roomy and relaxing. Large pool, sauna and steamroom, awesome! very nice use of materials in hotel, but the rooms are the real deal, large!! great bath room, beautiful interior with very tasteful design furniture and we didn't even have the suite....and to top it off have dinner in the restaurant "Feiteria" (closed on sunday and monday) delicious and well worth the money. the pictures tell only half the story, it's better! the only drawback is that not all the surroundings are the greatest, the views are stunning in space together with the design, but in some directions they are industrial, but looking over the harbour with sunset is compensating enough to us, and sitting on the deck at the river in morning with the sun shining.....great. The nearby motorway and traintrack is seldom heard and the sound insulation proofed excellent. |

the situation close to the tage, the ocean and the monuments of belem, the shower overflowed in the bathroom, the noise from the terrace of the restaurant til one in the morning |

Amazing place! Probably the best hotel room I ever knew! Great view of the river, beautiful design, kind staff. Breakfast could be improved and pillows more comfortable. |

La taille de la chambre (>50m²), la vue, le silence, le petit déjeuner. A vouloir être trop design, la baignoire à coins carrés n'est pas des plus pratique. |

El hotel es muy tranquilo, el restaurante buenísimo pero bastante caro. El desayuno tiene mucha variedad. El personal muy solícito a la hora que fuera, muy pendientes, en cuanto volvimos del Spa llamaron a nuestra puerta para ofrecernos albornoces y zapatillas secas y a nuestra llegada nos invitaron a champan y fresas. Lo único malo es el precio, que es bastante elevado. El personal no fué de mucha ayuda en cuanto a recomendarnos lugares , restaurantes o rutas por la ciudad. |

Situation géographique idéale, au calme , belle vue , isolée et en même temps, pratique pour se rendre dans le centre ville. Proche des musées principaux Oui, le wifi payant !!!!!! pourquoi pas le wifi illimité compris dans le prix de la chambre??? |

Sehr schoenes Hotel, der Raum war gross und das Design sehr gelungen und ansprechend; der Service war klasse; das Dinner im Restaurant erstklassig; auch das Spa hat uns seht gut gefallen; die Lage direkt am Fluss ist traumhaft und wir haben auch nicht die Naehe zum Stadtzentrum vermisst (15 min mit der Tram) Doppelte Hauptstrasse und Bahntrasse direkt neben dem Hotel; bei offenem Fenster sehr laut; das sehr gelungene Design ist "sensibel" - man kann bereits sehen, wo unerfahrene Reinigungskraefte die schoenen Wandvertaefelungen verkratzt haben bzw das Wanddesign in unserem Zimmer; einige wenige Dinge sind ueberdesigned und koennen kaum benutzt werden - z.B. die Badewanne. Bis auf den Laerm von der Strasse hat uns aber nichts davon wirklich gestoert und auch der nicht zu sehr. |

Nos ha encantado, y creo que volveremos, aunque el precio es elevado no lo consideramos caro, pero hay que ahorrar para poder volver Casi nadie habla español.la zona de la piscina descubierta es bastante fea e inadcesible. El spa no funcionaba y lo otro pequeño estaba vacio. |

A localização é imbatível. O meu quarto tinha vista para Rio Tejo, Padrão dos descobrimentos, Ponte 25 de Abril e Cristo Rei.Fizeram-me um upgrade para uma suite. O resturante é excelente. |

Sem duvida a localização e o design dos quartos. O SPA é igualmente muito agradável. Para o tipo de hotel que é o pequeno almoço deixa muito a desejar. Estivemos em hoteis de 3 estrelas, cujo pequeno almoço é sem duvida muito superior. Seria de esperar algo mais requintado e de melhor qualidade. |
