Altis Prime Hotel    

The hotel is very stylish and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay.

The wifi situation seemed uneccessarily complicated and we were not able to connect unless we were on the 1st or 2nd floor. Only complaint!

Excellent location with shopping, restaurants and entertainment within short walking distance. Access to transit and free shuttle to the airport.

Efficient and friendly staff, especially Orlando, Joana and the rest of the team on the fron desk, and the staff in the restaurant. Location is very convenient.

Limited satellite channels on TV - no cable sports or movies, and very few foreign language entertainment channels.

Excellent staff Great rooms, very clean and minimilist Easy parking on the street directly outside the front door of the hotel (free overnight and at weekends!).

Prices of drinks etc. in the bar are way too expensive relatively to similar hotels in the area. The breakfast is a bit too simple.

Big rooms and great facilities

Shower difficult to get in and out of (needs a handle); This second floor apartment was dark with small windows; too much traffic noise; This apartment also had bright outside lights which were the hotels and they didn't bother turning them off at night - even the blackout curtains that we discovered on Night 3 couldn't block it out.

The staff were excellent...especially Evo, Chris and Orlando.

The internet connection...first, the speed was terrible, and second, one had to log in over and over again...often with great difficulty. It was like having a dial up modem in 1996. This WOULD stop me from staying in the hotel again. It was primitive.

Suites very spacious.

Shower in the bathtub very unconfortable and water spilling all over the place. TV in bedroom out of order as well as hairdryer. Light main switch positioned in such a way that only dwarfs can operate them. Windows not insulated and noise of passing cars very high.

The bath tub is designed for young people only! You really have to climb in.

For a family of 4, the apartments were excellent. Two bathrooms with updated showers, four beds, 3 flat screen TVs, and a cook top + refridgerator. Also central to everything in Lisbon. We walked to most places. We also enjoyed the small hottub on the roof and had a simple breakfast below.

Nothing much. However, some normal hotel features (pool, restaurant, valet parking) were missing or 'borrowed' from the sister hotel down the block. So, we could get them but had to visit the other hotel which we never did. They did valet our car but someone needed to run over from the other hotel to do it. But, all of these issues were small relative to the comfort of the room for a family which was outstanding. Recent renovation seemed just completed.

it was in a great location. we enjoyed one dinner in the restaurant and the breakfasts were really amazing.

one small complaint, when I went to check out, I stood in line for about 15 minutes.

Great Location! Easy walking distance to many attractions as well as to metro & trams. Modern, well designed apartments & gorgeous bathrooms. Staff helpful & friendly. Great hot tub on roof with beautiful view. Perfect way to relax after a full day of walking up those steep streets & sight-seeing! Free shuttle bus to airport.

There was a pool & gym in but couldn't get there through the hotel.Had to walk out of the hotel down a block.

There is no where to smoke except on the sidewalk in front of the hotel.

Great welcome by reception; who provided lots of useful information about the local area and how to get to places of interest in Lisbon. Our room had a huge and very comfortable bed, and a nicely designed bathroom with big shower. Hotel's location was perfect for getting around, either on foot, metro or train. Dont hesitate about booking :-)

Elegant. big suites!!

Great design and good quality furniture. Extra comfy and 1.2 m/pers wide beds and very spacious rooms (about 50/60 sqm). Rooms are actually much better than illustrated on booking's pictures. The room they attributed to someone in our group was actually 2 rooms in one: 2 bedrooms with double kiing size bed, 2 bathrooms with bath tub, entrance and spacious leaving room. All for the price of a standard double. Close to the city center and barrio alto district

We enjoyed the people, the attention to details, the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the rooms.

O quarto era limpo e espaçoso. Hotel com boa localização.

O hotel oferece banheira, mas o termostato limita a utilização da água, de forma que, após um banho de banheira, não é possível tomar uma chuveirada de água quente nos 40 minutos seguintes!!!! O hotel oferece internet gratuita, porém a utilização não é ilimitada e se restringe a um aparelho por vez, restrição não informada no momento do check-in. A recepção não informou sobre a existência de shuttle gratuito para o aeroporto e, apesar de nossa solicitação de táxi, na noite anterior ao check-out, não foi providenciado o táxi para a hora devida, conforme solicitado. O hotel visivelmente não estava lotado e mesmo assim não nos foi oferecida a possibilidade de early check-in - o que ocorreu com os outros integrantes do grupo que chegaram no mesmo horário e se hospedaram em hotel de categoria mais simples.

La chambre que l'on n'a réservé ne nous a pas été attribué de plus le premier jour le ménage de la chambre n'a pas été fait le wi.fi ne fonctionnais pas ainsi que la TV

La habitación era muy amplia y estaba muy limpia La localización era muy buena

El jacuzzi estaba sucísimo y no pudimos meternos. El día anterior a marcharnos pedimos late check out, nos dijeron que podíamos quedarnos hasta las dos y al día siguiente nos llamaron muchas veces a la una porque no se había apuntado que queríamos quedarnos hasta las dos. En la cama las sábanas no llegaban hasta el final, y los pies nos rozaban con el cubre camas que no era agradable (tacto áspero)
