La proximitat al centre i la comunicació. La bona atenció del personal Crec que el servei d'internet hauría de ser gratuit en un hotel d'aquest tipus (alguns ja ho tenen aixì). El horari de transport a l'aeroport ès limitat, però tenint en compte, que els preus dels taxis sòn molt barats, crec que podríen eliminar aquest servei. |

The location was ideal. The staff friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. Staff were very slow during breakfast service. Difficult to get a pot of coffee or tea in a timely fashion. |

The ability of the Reception to speak and understand English. After 1 week in a rural area it was good to speak fluently again. The Swimming Pool was to short and not deep enough.I swim every day. |

Good location for business and site seeing. Staff were friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the pool and sauna. While channel surfing two TV channels in the teens offered porn during the day without a child block or the need to purchase. |

very good breakfast, very clean room, excellent location their complimentary shuttle service was unreliable. It did not adhere to their schedules. It is better to purchase a Lisboa Card at the airport (or even to pay 3 Euro without the card) and then to board the Aerobus which stops at the Avenida de Liberadade. This stop is two streets from the Altis hotel. Use of the Aerobus is key, |
