Aquest hotel de 5 estrelles disposa d'una piscina coberta climatitzada, bany turc i gimnàs. Està situat al centre històric de Lisboa, a poca distància a peu del luxós Bairro Alto. El restaurant Grill D. Fernando gaudeix d'una vista pintoresca sobre la silueta urbana de Lisboa i serveix una gran varietat de plats portuguesos, la majoria elaborats amb peix fresc de la zona. L'esmorzar inclou papaies del dia, una selecció de rebosteria i productes de dieta. Les habitacions, decorades amb un estil minimalista i tons clars, estan insonoritzades i equipades amb TV per satèl·lit i minibar. shower, swimming, brakefast, it was very noisey , lots of building work going on, if i recommend it i would tell them to ask if their are any building work going on.

The city of Lisbon This is a poor hotel, and doesn't in anyway warrant a 5* badge. It almost feels as though the five star citation is given as a result of box-ticking as to what the hotel says it has in facilities, rather than first hand experience. The pool was shabby, there was no internet available in the rooms and the wireless option in the lobby was extortionate. Bedroom TVs failed to work and only had one free to view English channel when they did. On arrival, after being directed down to the parking lot by the door staff, the attendant down there started shouting as us for driving down? Overall the service was dire. We won't be returning, I would urge anyone other than business users to find somewhere else, and I would urge Booking.com to re-examine the way they market hotels under the five-star rating system (although I appreciate you are probably just taking someone else's opinion)..

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location, close to everything, easy walking distance to main attractions, and close to subway. Rooms large and comfortable. House-keeping was poor, we were 3 adults in a suite, there was no extra bedding for the sofa-bed, had to ask twice. Never enough towels, and shower gels/shampoo were not replaced each day.

Location Friendly staff Value for money Breakfast included There are some renovating going around so noisy in the morning from 9 am... The design of the breakfast room is quite old and didn't find any wholemeal bread ...

Swimming-pool/sauna, breakfast (very good croissant !), space and view in the suite room, desk very helpful and kind No wifi and any informations in the room (must ask the desk)

Clean and efficient hotel. Breakfast was disappointing, poor quality food for a supposedly 5 star hotel, coffee was awful. Room was a little tired looking.

Nice comfortable rooms in a excellent location just off Avenida Libertade,very central.Spacious bathroom with a good shower,double wash basins and separate loo.Enough wardrobe and storage space with plenty of hangers.Excellent buffet breakfast with a great selection of fresh fruit,cold cuts and cheese (didn't try the hot breakfast items)

Absolutely wonderful hotel staff and very spacious hotel. So many restaurants/bars. Amazing roof terrace with a fantastic view of lisbon including the river and castle in the distance.Very clean and extremely comfortable delyxe room. Will definitely come back again!

The hotel was great value for the money. It was really nice, though a bit outdated. The location was great, right in the middle of Lisbon and easy to walk everywhere. The staff was very slow and seemed unmotivated to do much for you.

I thought my room was beautiful and very comfortable. I was unable to exchange sterling bank notes as they were Scottish. However this was uk currenct and I fould this frustrating.

Staff Service was grest Not a 5 star hotel. The rooms were nice. The breakfast was nice. But you can get this in a 3/4 star budget chain hotel. The swimming pool are badly needs renovation.

The rooms were comfortable. Restaurant very good for dinner. Extra bed put into room was not comfortable. Spa facilities disappointing sauna not on and could not find turkish bath. Only a cleaner there at 8am

It was comfortable and value for money. The cafe serves good food. Pool & gym are included in the room price. THe breakfast wasnot very good, it didnot have much variety. The receptionists were not helpful in suggesting good places to eat around the city.
