The ability of the Reception to speak and understand English. After 1 week in a rural area it was good to speak fluently again. The Swimming Pool was to short and not deep enough.I swim every day. |

Good location for business and site seeing. Staff were friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the pool and sauna. While channel surfing two TV channels in the teens offered porn during the day without a child block or the need to purchase. |

very good breakfast, very clean room, excellent location their complimentary shuttle service was unreliable. It did not adhere to their schedules. It is better to purchase a Lisboa Card at the airport (or even to pay 3 Euro without the card) and then to board the Aerobus which stops at the Avenida de Liberadade. This stop is two streets from the Altis hotel. Use of the Aerobus is key, |

Very clean hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming, secure underground car park Access back to car park not so easy, you have to take a seperate lift which we were not told about. |

Location very good. Portering staff very friendly and helpful. We went up to the Grill restaurant intending to have evening dinner but found the environment there unwelcoming. We were 5 minutes early but no opportunity to view menu and the area outside restaurant dimly lit with lack of atmosphere so we went out of the hotel to eat. |
