"So 70's!!" This hotel is in serious need of a referbishment, the beds were uncomfortable, the whole interior is tired and dated. The staff were competent, the restaurant is satisfactory, the bar serves drinks which helped prepare you for the uncomfortable beds each night! The hairdryer is average/poor at best! (Wife) |

Location This is not a five star hotel.Maybee it was five star when it was new in the 70 s.Hotel really need renovation.When you go into the hotel is like stepping back in time, design is really 1970 s. |

The friendliness of the staff in both bars and the "snack-bar" place on the ground floor. The barman in the upper bar gave us several "tasters" and was very obviously knowledgeable on the subject of his countries wines. He could persuade me to enter the place again as a visitor but not as a guest. Arriving late as always, thanks to ba, had the usual hassle about credit card validation. Two days into our stay, they changed the breakfast venue from the large restaurant on the second floor to a much smaller room on the opposite side of the building. |

Location. Ease of getting taxis. Helpful chambermaids. Far too old, needs gutting and total renovation. Felt more like a 3- 4* hotel. Toilet area in bathroom smelt of urine. Everything was old and outdated, ie, swimming pool, steam room with rusty door handles and slimy floor, sauna wasn't switched on, no robes available for spa, breakfast choice was mediocre. No free internet access in Business Centre. |

The location was perfect near to metro stops. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room and public areas were very clean and well maintained. I had to wait longer than I wanted to get a taxi when I left. |

Extremely friendly staff - and very helpful! One night there was drilling at around 11.30pm.I did phone up to ask what was going on and the next morning there was a fruit bowl and water set out for me - much appreciated indeed and made me completely forget about the previous night's drilling. |

Good location, pleasant and helpfull staff. may be 20 y.ago it was a 5* luxury hotel, but not now. It's the right time to renovate it. We have chosen this hotel because they have shuttle to the airport, but it starts from 9 a.m which was too late for us. As we have an early flight we also paid for breakfast but couldn't have it as it starts from 7-00. |

The general cleanliness and presentation of the public areas is good the rooms are clean but outdated and in need of refurbishment Beds very hard, pillows soft and lumpy. Swimming pool not open until 10am at weekends which is the time breakfast finishes so no early morning swim! Gym and Spa very poor. Grill restaurant and bars not well used so too quiet and no atmosphere. We tried to order crepe suzzette on two consecutive evenings in the grill - not available - very poor. Room had not been made up by 4.30pm - had to ask. |
