It does not correspond to 5* hotel. The city center is quite far from the hotel.

Can not point anything that I did not like.

I was totally happy because there was everything I needed during my business trip to Lisbon.

Staff and overall customer services . It was booked for a 60th birthday celebration and a VIP treatment and care to detail were given by the hotel staff. Breakfast was great, location enabling walking distance to all the great shops and entertainment in the down town area. Friendly staff.

The city of Lisbon

This is a poor hotel, and doesn't in anyway warrant a 5* badge. It almost feels as though the five star citation is given as a result of box-ticking as to what the hotel says it has in facilities, rather than first hand experience. The pool was shabby, there was no internet available in the rooms and the wireless option in the lobby was extortionate. Bedroom TVs failed to work and only had one free to view English channel when they did. On arrival, after being directed down to the parking lot by the door staff, the attendant down there started shouting as us for driving down? Overall the service was dire. We won't be returning, I would urge anyone other than business users to find somewhere else, and I would urge Booking.com to re-examine the way they market hotels under the five-star rating system (although I appreciate you are probably just taking someone else's opinion)..

Nice comfortable rooms in a excellent location just off Avenida Libertade,very central.Spacious bathroom with a good shower,double wash basins and separate loo.Enough wardrobe and storage space with plenty of hangers.Excellent buffet breakfast with a great selection of fresh fruit,cold cuts and cheese (didn't try the hot breakfast items)

Absolutely wonderful hotel staff and very spacious hotel. So many restaurants/bars. Amazing roof terrace with a fantastic view of lisbon including the river and castle in the distance.Very clean and extremely comfortable delyxe room. Will definitely come back again!

I thought my room was beautiful and very comfortable.

I was unable to exchange sterling bank notes as they were Scottish. However this was uk currenct and I fould this frustrating.

Staff Service was grest

Not a 5 star hotel. The rooms were nice. The breakfast was nice. But you can get this in a 3/4 star budget chain hotel. The swimming pool are badly needs renovation.

Hotel que tem cuidados (mimos) com os clientes (ex: seu nome no telefone e televisor - inclusive, neste consta detalhes da fatura online. Gostei!). Excelente café da manhã (sem ser exagerado). Funcionarios atenciosos.

Apesar de falarem que o WIFI funciona nos quartos, só consegui acessar o meu no hall do hotel. Sinal fraco.

A szálloda nagyon jó helyen van, közel a belváros, a Barro Alto (itt érdemes vacsorázni), metró megálló stb. A reggeli bőséges, óriási választékkal, friss pékáruval.

A wellnes részleg átalakítás alatt volt, a szállodai bárok ára horror! Egy régi, de szépen felújított szálloda, a felújítás viszont látszik...A 3. napon a reggelinél már vadászni kellett a kávét és néhány pékárut. Ár/érték arányt tekintve egy erős 4*-os szállodának felel meg.

L'espace général, les volumes de l'hotel, les chambres très convenables, le hall et la mezzanine qui est très calme, ainsi que la piscine qui est un plus après une journée de visite de Lisbonne. Le petit déjeuner était aussi très agréable (variété et choix, salle vaste)

L'insonorisation avec la rue était très insuffisante, et ceci malgré des doubles vitrages. J'ai eu l'impression que les joints étaient déficients, il y avait peu de différence sonore entre la fenêtre ouverte et fermée.

Un personnel d'accueil efficace. Des petites attentions sympathiques comme un mot de bienvenue personnalisé sur l'écran de télé, un mot sur le lit chaque soir annonçant la température du lendemain, des horaires d'ouverture de la piscine de l'hôtel Altis très larges.

La piscine de l'hôtel Altis est malheureusement un peu tristounette, les salons sont à rafraîchir, les fenêtres des chambres sont à simple vitrage et laissent entrer le bruit extérieur.
