Frühstücksbuffet Man kann den Schwimmclub nicht mehr kostenlos besuchen. Daher werden wir das nächste Mal (2x-jährlich in Lissabon)gleich ein Hotel mit Schwimmbad buchen.mfG Joachim Fenske |

Gutes Frühstück, sehr ansprechende Eingangshalle! Wir mußten am Abreisetag schon um 4.00 Uhr auschecken, es war jedoch nicht möglich uns anstelle des Frühstücks wenigens etwas Obst bzw. kalte Getränke mitzugeben. Kein guter Service! Außerdem habe ich mich beim duschen verletzt!! |

Lage direkt an der U-Bahnstation und sehr zentral zum Flughafen Im 17. Stock war es extrem heiss. Die Betten waren viel zu schmal und durchgelgegen. Die Bäder bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung. |

Enjoyed stay, overall hotel facilities good except airport shuttle not readily available, finishes at 3.30pm in day time!!!!!! too far away from city centre luckly it is near the metro (5 stops, 2 changes to get to city centre) |

The hotel did not provide the shuttle service from the airport as was mentioned when we made the reservation. Also, the last shuttle was at 4:30 PM.....what a ridiculous timing.....! When requested for taxi reimbursement, the answer was 'NO'. In that regards, we were totally disappointed. The sole purpose of booking this was their offer of shuttle service. |

The hotel room had "dated" furnishings, and poor lighting. The sheets were clean. The carpet was old and dirty and thus had an unpleasant odour. The room was quite hot and the air conditioner very noisy. We chose the hotel because it had an airport shuttle but it was only available during very limited hours and thus useless to us. The hours of operation should be noted on the web-based information. |

The room was comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was unbelievable!! The restaurant and breakfast was unmatched.....excellent food and nice environment. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and very accomodating. This is a five star hotel in our opinion. |

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. The room itself was very clean, comfortable and in excellent condition. Hotel is right next to the metro, which you need to take to get to the city center. The only thing that's not great about this hotel, is that it's far from the city center. Metro stops running at midnight so if you plan to stay out later, you will need to take cab or possibly bus back to hotel. There really is no nightlife immediately surrounding the hotel. |

The hotel had very high standards the staff were very efficicent and willing to assist, and the underground station was 30metres from the hotel entrance. |

Good public transport (metro station less than 100 meters away). At least our floor (18, top floor) was quiet. Breakfast was good, although it lacked vegatables. No terrace or outdoor place for example sun tanning. |

comfortable beds, staff, view from top floor, cleanliness, breakfast wasn't bad. a little far from center with constant metro changing. also they tell you that there is a free airport shuttle but apparently the shuttle only goes to the airport a few times a day and when we asked the staff where to pick up the shuttle, they said it was too hard to explain. |
