Altis Park Hotel  

We used this hotel as it advertised an airport shuttle which we needed. Their shuttle does not start until 8 A.m . and runs once every four hours , this was unacceptable as this was the entire reason for booking the hotel, they should not be able to advertise an airport shuttle on this basis.

Advertised with airport shuttle, only reason for booking the hotel. Shuttle stops at 18h00 and in the morning there is one at 8h10 and then only at 11h00. Very inflexible service and not up to standard as expected. They should not advertise it as a shuttle.

Staff very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Excellent breakfast facilities. Views across Lisbon and to the river from room.

Tv in room did not work

I was near the airport and close to the metro, therfor I suited the aim of the trip.

I had a long overnight layover in Lisbon and decided to pass it at a hotel. The Altis Park was close to the airport and very reasonable. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was a fine large hotel with the amenities I really appreciate: a beautiful restaurant, plush bar/lounge, gift shop, spacious room. The staff was great. A bellman came immediately out to take my bags from the taxi, and took them up to my room: you seldom see service like that anymore at any hotel these days. Taxi to the airport was only about six euros. They have a free shuttle but it did not fit my schedule. As a solo traveler and a woman I tend to get ignored but not at this hotel, I received attentive gracious old-world kind of service at the Altis Park at every turn.

The facilities were good and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Good to have breakfast included in the price of the room and handy underground car parking next to the hotel. Various trips are available from the hotel.

The hotel is situated next door to a small shopping center and next to a submay stop. There was parking on site, even though we had to pay 11 euros/day. The drive back to the airport was relatively simple. The hotel is clean.

There was no free internet service and the purchase of the service seemed expensive. There was no listing of nearby services, I.E. restaurants, churches, hospitals... By North American standards, the room was on the small side!

The staff at Altis Park were very helpful. Although some distance from the centre of Lisbon, there is a metro station outside the hotel. The room was comfortable, and breakfast was satisfactory.

The hotel has 18 floors. Fortunately, I was on floor 8 - but sounds seemed to carry into my room from all directions.

The staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful - the hotel was close to the event I came to see. The rooms were excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The cost was very good and I was happy with my stay

Easy access to the Metro (the metro station is just meters away from the hotel) and not to far from the airport. Clean room. Good breakfast.

The room I stayed in needs new furniture. The existing one looked pretty old and it was partially broken.

It´s close to Lisbon Airport, and there´s a good restaurant.

Convenient for the airport but would prefer that the shuttle started earlier than 08.00am. If they had an earlier shuttle bus we would stay there again.
