Mediocre hotel in bad location. Too big with too many guests. Smaller hotels in this city are better.

Not enough staff food poor waiting a long time for a meal in the restaurant. Expensive..air conditioning not working properly.

Location close to the Metro. Clean and modern style. Great front desk staff.

Enjoyed friendly and helpful staff, nice and cozy room.

Most of the items at breakfast were good but not so impressed with the hot stuff. The toast machine was tragic, gave up trying to get toast done. Coffee not too bad though.

Lots of big groups stay at this hotel. Expect a busy front desk when they check in and out.

Not enough light in badroom

the female receptionist with glasses was unfriendly , abrupt and unwelcoming. the staff are generally uninterested and seem to be there for the job. staff not greeting clients with wellcoming words and smile. it all seemed a gohstly hotel..!!

Verity of Breakfast choices

Staff was not helpful at all and was not aware of how to catch public transportation. They took long time to check in.

Friendly staff, good hearty breakfast, comfortable beds.

It was a bit far from many of thhe sites-always needing to take taxi or metro to get to any of the wonderful Lisbon attractions.

Metro on the other side of the street, now direct to the airport. Using 24 ours ticket good.

Shutle bus only daytime.

If you are lucky to get a discount price for this hotel, it is fine. The underground station is round the corner and this is essential as to walk to downtown on foot might not be a good idea for everybody.

Cab driver from Airport charged exhobitant prices. Limited hours of the free shuttle bus are not convenient for me, anyway.

Extremely nice staff at the reception desk. Roomservice was excellent.

The shuttlebus did not start its daily rounds until 8 am. This is not clear on the website, so we booked this hotel, precisely because of the shuttle service to the airport, and ended up needing a taxi anyway. The people at the reception desk made sure this taxi came directly upon calling, so in the end this was not a problem.

I arrived at 2pm in the afternoon and was able to take advantage of the Health Facilities at the adjacent facility. Large Pool and Gym. relaxing afternoon. I had an early morning flight. Taxi arrived promptly

It was very clean, had underground parking, very close to the metro. The hotel staf were excellent and very helpful. The food was very good and priced well.

You advertised free shuttle from airport but never mentioned it wasn't available all the time. This service was a contributing factor for choosing this hotel.

Room was OK. Normal hotel room. Great view. Staff very friendly.

A/C is very noisy. This hotel hosts tour groups so if you are an individual traveler don't expect to get into the restaurant. The hotel is in a residential area, so there are no good restaurants nearby. The metro stop is right outside the door, so OK if you want to travel somewhere else in the city. It is an OK place to stay a night before a flight. Only 10 min. from the airport.
