le 4 stelle sono solo fuori, dentro non supera le 2 stelle. le stanze 501 e 908 avevano il letto da 1 piazza e mezza invece che matrimoniale; arredi approssimativi, non insonorizzate. Decisamente non all'altezza degli Altis che ho provato in precedenza. |

Il personale e' stato molto scortese. Mi hanno addebitato ben 30 Euro per il cagnolino! E li avevo informati che ci sarebbe stato! La camera era sporca. La colazione. Sala e cibo erano adeguati alla categoria dell'Hotel |

gentilezza personale, vicinanza fermata metrò per quanto riguarda l'arredamento delle camere non è sicuramente quello che in Italia si definisce un 4 stelle! |

It was very comfortable and very clean. The attraction for me was the shuttle to the airport, although the schedule was limited. The buffet breakfast was very good. It was a little to remote from the city center. I chose this hotel because I arrived in Lisbon from the south by bus, and I had an early flight to the US the next morning. So, the shuttle to the airport was a big plus. We had a 10:30 am flight and the shuttle's first run to the airport was at 8 am. |

The staff in the restaurant were very attentive and provided an excellent meal quite late in the evening. The serve yourself breakfast was also very good. My room overlooked the River Tejo which was very pleasant. On check in I was asked if I wanted the bar package in my room-presumably drinks in the fridge etc. I may have misunderstood the question. I declined as it was only one night and I was more interested in a genuine meal after arriving. However I was surprised to find that there was no kettle provided for tea and coffee making. I consider this a basic provision for most hotels without having to ask. So early morning when we are all getting ourselves together there was no cup of tea to enjoy. |

Enjoyed stay, overall hotel facilities good except airport shuttle not readily available, finishes at 3.30pm in day time!!!!!! too far away from city centre luckly it is near the metro (5 stops, 2 changes to get to city centre) |

The hotel did not provide the shuttle service from the airport as was mentioned when we made the reservation. Also, the last shuttle was at 4:30 PM.....what a ridiculous timing.....! When requested for taxi reimbursement, the answer was 'NO'. In that regards, we were totally disappointed. The sole purpose of booking this was their offer of shuttle service. |

The hotel room had "dated" furnishings, and poor lighting. The sheets were clean. The carpet was old and dirty and thus had an unpleasant odour. The room was quite hot and the air conditioner very noisy. We chose the hotel because it had an airport shuttle but it was only available during very limited hours and thus useless to us. The hours of operation should be noted on the web-based information. |
