hoewel ik een niet roken kamer had gereserveerd, was er op het moment van de check in geen beschikbaar in dezelfde prijklasse. de receptie bood me toen een prachtige (niet roken) suite aan. jammer dat de hotel shuttle slechts tot 16.00 uur rijdt, ik kwam aan rond 21.00 uur en betaalde bijna 20 euro voor de taxi. de airconditioning was zwak en koelde niet echt het vertrek. |

Het comfort en het personeel bij de receptie Personeel in het restaurant was niet vriendelijk en in een 4 sterren hotel/restaurant erg raar dat sommige gerechten niet verkrijgbaar waren |

Comfortable room with all necessary facilities and an excellent buffet breakfast. Efficient and friendly service. Advertising free minibus to airport was no help to us as it only went every 1 and a half hours for a few hours during the day and the times were unsuitable for us. |

Close to airport-Front desk efficient but not friendly-very clean and nice quiet room Taxi drivers are crooks-they try to double the meter charge-Give them what you think is right and walk away-you can not deal with them as they will hold out for a ridiculous fare |

Good location to the airport and good conntection with the down town by metro The receptionist was cold and unfriendly. But it was only one lady, the rest of personal was nice. Regards to infromation about using internet and other services in the conference room, they were being provided quet confused. |

The presentation of the hotel is alright but, to be true, nothing there attract me. I didn't like the way the room looks, old and dirty. The mini refrigerator was closed with a key, even to call to the reception desk, or restaurant, or any other place in the hotel, you have to pay 30 cents which is not understandable. The staff is slow and dumb. |

accomodation and service The hotel is located in an area outside the city centre but has an undergroud station allmost in front of the hotel. It takes you about 15 minutes to get downtown. Another advantage is its location close to the airport. A taxi from the hotel to the airport costed us about 7€ for a 3km ride. |

I was only able to stay at the hotel overnight as I had an early morning connecting flight to Brussels. The meal at the hotel (codfish) was excellent as was the quality of the wine. Very impressive! |

It was very comfortable and very clean. The attraction for me was the shuttle to the airport, although the schedule was limited. The buffet breakfast was very good. It was a little to remote from the city center. I chose this hotel because I arrived in Lisbon from the south by bus, and I had an early flight to the US the next morning. So, the shuttle to the airport was a big plus. We had a 10:30 am flight and the shuttle's first run to the airport was at 8 am. |

The staff in the restaurant were very attentive and provided an excellent meal quite late in the evening. The serve yourself breakfast was also very good. My room overlooked the River Tejo which was very pleasant. On check in I was asked if I wanted the bar package in my room-presumably drinks in the fridge etc. I may have misunderstood the question. I declined as it was only one night and I was more interested in a genuine meal after arriving. However I was surprised to find that there was no kettle provided for tea and coffee making. I consider this a basic provision for most hotels without having to ask. So early morning when we are all getting ourselves together there was no cup of tea to enjoy. |
