great location (walking distance to center in lovely quiet area), extremely nice and helpful staff, great apartment (view of castle), enormous apartment - we were very comfortable and wished we had booked more nights! |

The accomodations were very spacious. We had a suite with a completely separate living room and bedroom. Basic kitchen facilities including a fridge and microwave. Very spacious balcony as well.
There are a few steps down from the entrance to the reception desk. Moving the luggage was not a problem for us but some people might find this difficult. I am sure that there staff would help anyone needing assistance with the steps. It would be nice if they offered free internet access. |

The suite was peaceful and quiet and had everything you could want for. A very relaxing and restful stay after a days sight seeing and not as far from the city centre as most people would think. With all the transport available in Lisbon it was perfect. The little extras that mattered e.g. fluffy white towels and robes, relaxing lounge/diner that made you feel at home and the kitchenette for making drinks or food when you wanted it made all the difference to staying in an ordinary hotel room. |
