great location (walking distance to center in lovely quiet area), extremely nice and helpful staff, great apartment (view of castle), enormous apartment - we were very comfortable and wished we had booked more nights! |

アパートメント側に宿泊。併設されているホテル側の施設も利用できるので申し分なし。部屋の中の設備については申し分ないが、給湯器がなかったので、ヤカンで湯を沸かした。交通手段について、2人+幼児で空港からホテルまでバス&徒歩で7EUROだったが、帰りは空港までタクシーで同じ7EURO。2人だとタクシーの方がお得かも。 夜、お湯がでないトラブルがあった。スタッフは一生懸命対応してくれたが、すぐには直らず。困ったが特段の減点ポイントではない。 |

Es una opción muy cómoda para viajar con niños. Lavan la vajilla y cambian los manteles además de la limpiez de la habitación y el baño. Hay piscina cubierta, gimnasio, sauna etc. Muy cómodo y muy buena situación. Las camas supletorias son adecuadas para niños, pero un poco estrechas e incómodas para adultos (tampoco horribles). |

Altis Suites ligt centraal, maar net buiten het toeristische centrum. De suite is netjes en volledig ingericht. De kitchenette en het aanwezige servies is goed bruikbaar voor (eenvoudige) maaltijden tot 4 personen. Alle faciliteiten van het naastgelegen hotel staan ter beschikking. |

４人用のアパートメントとなっているが、ソファベッドのスプリングは大人の使用に堪えられない。またバスタブに湯をはってシャワーを使うと２人目からはお湯の温度が下がってきてしまい、３人目以降はほとんど水の状態であった。クレームをつけたところ、隣の部屋のシャワーを使わせてくれたため、何とか４人風呂に入ることができたが、給湯設備は改善が必要。 |

L'hôtel est à 10/15 minutes à pied du centre de Lisbonne (Baixa / Place du Commerce). Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique. L'appartement T1 que nous avions était spacieux et bien aménagé, parfait pour un couple avec bébé par exemple. Le prix journalier du parking est assez élevé (13€), cependant ça reste moins cher que de garer sa voiture dans la rue car c'est payant presque partout et difficile de trouver une place. |

Camere spaziose, alcuni membri dello staff molto gentili, zona tranquilla, anche se non centralissima Inizialmente volevano darci una camera al terzo piano incredibilmente buia perchè davanti ad un muro di cemento alto fino al settimo piano... oppure una camera con due letti separati (per me e mia moglie). Insistendo nel chiedere di cambiare camera abbiamo ottenuto ciò che volevamo. |

La amplitud del apartamento, la cocina y lo centrico que estaba y comodo para familias con niños pequeños Faltaban abridor de botellas de vino y una cafetera italiana o similar. La limpieza de los domingos es regular. |

Zeer ruim appartement. Lekkere ruime bedden. Kitchenette was goed uitgerust.Mooie badkamer. Het hotel is rustig gelegen en op loop afstand van 't oude centrum. Het appartement was zeer schoon en werd iedere dag goed schoon gemaakt. Het appartement is ideaal wanneer je met kinderen bent. |

La propreté de la chambre, la gentillesse et la compétencedu personnel de rec^ption Oui, nous avons du changer de chambre car la colonne contenant les boitiers d'air conditionné se trouvait tout près de notre chambre et faisait trop de bruit, une fois dans la nouvelle chambre tout était parfait |

Amabilidad del personal. Dejamos 2 coches dos noches en su parking y nos cobraron 1 coche, una noche. Aunque se lo avisamos, no quisieron cambiar la factura. El sofa cama supletorio es un potro de tortura, no una cama. Tiramos el colchón al suelo para dormir. |
