The hotel staff initially forgot to send us the airport shuttle and we had to take a cab to reach the hotel.On the return again the shuttle could not be used as they start the facility after nine and we had a 8 o'clock flight.We had booked a family suite and the airconditioning in the bedroom did not work for 2 consecutive days. Inspite of requests nobody came to check and they didnot even offer to change the room for us.(It didnt seem as the hotel was running on full occupancy).Staff response was average and not very helpful (except on check out). |

Příjemná recepce a naprosto anonymní pobyt. Suites inzerováno jako ubytování pro 4 osoby. Jednalo se o přistýlku, která byla naprosto nevyhovující pro spaní. |

Lo mejor, la situación del hotel y la amplitud de las habitaciones. Las vistas desde el apartamento 5-A son horribles. El servicio gratuito de microbus hasta el aeropuerto sólo está disponible hasta las 15,30 h. |

Los servicios son buenos y el personal atento. El apartamento está bien equipado incluso con una pequeña cocina para desayunos y cenas rápidas, si viajas con niños. Está situado en la zona de negocios de Lisboa, a 15 minutos del centro a pie, por lo que no se necesita transporte al centro. En general la relación calidad-precio-situación está muy bien. Hay dos cosas mejorables.Una es que el sofá-cama donde durmieron los niños es muy incómodo, muy inestable y con el colchon muy fino. La otra es que la zona alrededor del hotel es zona azul de pago todo el día por lo que te compensa meter el coche en el parking del hotel al "módico" precio de 13 euros por día. |

Que tiene los servicios de un cinco estrellas Tienes que acceder a los servicios de cinco estrellas saliendo de los apartamentos a la calle para poder acceder a la zona de habitaciones donde se encuentra tales servicios. Deberían ofrecer un acceso directo. También es excesivo el precio de las bebidas en el bar, aunque no se debe dejar de visitar el bar panorámico |

Die Lage des Hotels zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Keine Lärmbelästigung durch die Straße und Nachbarn. Die Aussicht gleich null. Der Poolbereich war schmutzig und uralt. Das Zusatzbett unserer Kinder hatte eine Matratze von max. 4cm!!! |

Gtas ligt redelijk in het centrum van Lissabon en is daarmee een goede uitvalbasis. Bovendien beschikt het over een eigen parkeergarage.De appartementen zijn voorzien van een eigen keuken. Het geheel komt wel gedateerd en muf over; maar voor grotere gezinnen die op zoek zijn naar een goed bed en een prima douche niets mis mee. |

Gostei da Piscina interior, o apartamento está muito bem equipado nivel de "cozinha" para quem tenha crianças. Devia trocar as camas extra das crianças, não são nada confortaveis. |
