The staff were very helpful particularly the receptionists. Their english language skills were exceptional.The location was excellent close to good restaurants, shops and the sea. Very good access to the road system that runs round Funchal and to and from the airport. The price for a double room for seven days with breakfast was very reasonable and would induce me to stay there again.

No Wi-Fi in rooms. Coffee and tea was very poor on breakfast.

The hotel matched all my expectations regarding the room, view, location, service, cleanliness and courtesy. The only complaint I have is that the Healthcenre they advertise is totally unusable. Thje machines shown in their photo's do not work. It's like showing a beautiful swimming pool and finding them empty when you get there.

All the staff were helpfull and pleasant. Our room was amazing. Everything was as described.

Rooms cleaned everyday....really good swimming pool and solarium...very efficient reception staff...rooms..shuttle bus....quite a lot!

Entertainment not on long enough.....internet too expensive..........Breakfast was good over-all but coffee and tea was very poor.

Cleaning ladies were excellent.

Door to the balcony cannot be opened from the other side. Be wary of its momentum while sliding. You can easily lock yourself out. Pools were small, cold, not heated.

Erg veel faciliteiten voor een heel lage prijs: grote kamer met keukentje en balkon, zwembad, parkeergarage.

Quarto 1033 que me tocou e impossivel dormir por ruido das maquinas! Cerca das 01h liguei para a recepcao e dissem-me que volte as 8:00 am p falar com eles!!! Que as maquinas ja desligariam... O que nunca aconteceu Por favor nao atribuem esse quarto a nenhum hospede se nao conseguem resolver problema do ruido das maquinas!

Chambre calme, spacieuse, très propre, avec une cuisine bien équipée, une terrasse agréable, un personnel compétent, piscine chauffée, petit déjeuner excellent et abondant, inclus dans le prix. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel qui mérite bien ses 4 étoiles.

Boas instalações, bom pequeno almoço, excelente localização, boa area envolvente.

Gostei da atitude que tiveram quando lhes expliquei o motivo da ida à Madeira. Pró-activos em colaborar. Ao lado há multibanco, supermercado, CTT, a 5 min (a pé) do passeio marítimo e a 12 min (a pé) do Fórum da Madeira. Local tranquilo.

A falta de tomadas livres e/ou uma extensão no quarto. As que haviam estavam todas ocupadas e para ligar o PC tinha que desligar o candeeiro que fazia falta já que no tecto não há lâmpadas.
