Loved the design , spacious rooms , comfortable, breakfast was ok . Staff could be more nice and helpful ! The room was not ready at 2 o'clock , check in time !!! For a 4 star hotel , it 's not admissible !!! Location not so great . |

Very modern hotel with excellent in room facilities - fully equipped kitchen - well designed rooms - great shower - roomy, bright, airy feel to the place - Very good breakfast buffet. Electronic safe in each room which would normally be provided free of charge (in Irish hotels) costs approx €2.40 per day - not the money at issue here but we had just paid €640 for the weeks stay and then had to go back down to reception to "fork out" again for something that would normally be included. |

It's calm, the rooms have a good design, the breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. The hotel is new, however the walls of the apartment were in bad shape. The breakfast have a lot of variety and it's served until 10am, however at 9am there were no more croissants and some other food and they didn't replace it. |

Everything was excellent, - rooms, staff, pool, location. Best hotel I have seen in Algarve ! By miles..... Well, the restaurant could have stayed open a bit longer. Guess it will during high season. |

Hotel personal was very friendly, helpful, straight and speaking very good English. Hotel room junior suite is pretty big, bigger then you can see at the pictures or make up out of the information! Lot of space, own kitchen, big but hard beds, bath. Didn't expect it but there was a bubble bath. It actually didn't work, asked if they could repair, the next day, came back from work and the reception said he saw it by himself it was repaired and worked. But it didn't :) Hard beds but was not too bad. |

Een warm onthaal in een modern nieuw hotel. Kamer facliteiten waren uitstekend. Een auto ter beschikking hebben is noodzakelijk als je de omgeving wil verkennen. Een strand wandeling van Luz naar Lagos is een sterke aanrader. |

Conforto do apartamento Manutenção no quadro eléctrico, amanheci sem electricidade e todos os serviços derivados, ou seja, sem água sem luz desde as 08:30 da manhã até às 18:00. Num apartamento onde se pretende estar e fazer refeições tornou-se impossível. Não fui avisada de tal, mas pelo menos após reclamação, o director do hotel concordou no reembolso dessa noite. Não gostei de estar à beira da piscina a ouvir o corta-relvas às 11:30 da manhã, não haverá outra hora de o fazer para não perturbar os clientes?????? |

O hotel é muito tranquilo e fica num local muito calmo. O hotel deve fazer um esforço no sentido de melhorar os seus serviços. Existem poucos chapéus, espreguiçadeiras e árvores junto à piscina. |

O estado de conservação e a limpeza do quarto, que considero muito bons e as zonas comuns, nomeadamente a varanda junto do bar / restaurante. Melhorar o modelo de recepção, pois foi muito lento até conseguir obter a chave. Não percebi porque tive que pagar à chegada. Foi a primeira que tal me aconteceu, tendo eu já viajado pelo mundo inteiro. Gostaria de recomendar que nos quartos haja um minibar. |
