Die Lage ist super, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis okay, die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Auf Grund von "Problemen bei der Buchung" (die beim Hotel lagen) gab man uns erst ein Zimmer mit Balkon, nach ca. einer halben Stunde, wir hatten gerade ausgepackt, mußten wir dann unbedingt in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen, was dann auch leider keinen Balkon mehr hatte. |

During my stay at Amazonia hotel I liked: hotel position, clean rooms, fair price for rooms, hotel staff were kind and helpfull hotel pool is rather small,; hotel needs renovation- furniture is from 80's; every room should have internet access |

The reception staff is nice and helpful. The noise at night was really a problem. The windows are thin, so one can hear all the noise outside, and if your room is on the side facing the street you are bound to hear people on the street all night... especially as for some reason hotel guests tend to gather in front of the hotel and talk until wee hours. |

The staff was kind and the hotel is well situated. This is a fair hotel for a short stay in Lisbon. The rooms were not cleaned properly or at least didn´t look clean because the carpets were old, as well as the bathroom. The cleaning staff also doesn´t know what the sign "do not disturb" means. For this fare, you can get a better and newer hotel. |

Gostei muito do atendimento do hotel, foram muito gentis e solicitos. somente acho que o elevador que leva da garagem para a recepção deveria funcionar pq chegamos com compras e temos que subir de escada. Falta serviço de carregador também para levar as malas para o apartamento. |

Muy bien comunicado con el centro. Mucho ruido, estaba frente al ascensor. La decoracion muy vieja. Tenia una pequeña terraza pero daba al interior y estaba en el bajo junto a la ventana, asi que no la podias tener abierta por que te veian todo el rato. |
